Basement photos part 3. The kids at home wonderland!! Major features are the reading nook, rock climbing wall, magnet board, paper scroll, monkey bars, a soft center area to create ruckus without getting hurt, and of course an ample amount of storage to add a little control to the chaos. Take a look!! Funs never looked so good.
with the design
Basement photos part 2. Who wouldnβt want this home gym. All the necessities with all the style!
Letβs take a look at this jaw dropping basement we built with for I am going to post this basement room by room so you can really absorb the beauty. Letβs start with the movie room with a little mini wet bar.
FYI Iβve been slacking on posting finished photos lately. Let me starting getting these photos posted for your viewing enjoyment.
And we thank for the awesome photos
February 40 degree sunny days in Buffalo make us think of patio season. Check out the finished photos of this super modern Patio we finished up last year. Tell me this doesnβt make you want to hang out outside?!!!

Letβs take a closer look at the counter top (which is one of our own) did for . Tyler uses old skateboards and removes the grip tape, sands off the bottom graphic to prep them for a large glue up. He essentially makes a large skateboard brick to be cut up how ever he desire. This is just one example of the phenomenal end product of the process! Check out the photos!! SO COOL!
Check out the build!!!! It turned out so so amazing. She had a vision and we made it come to life. What do you think?!!!!!
One of our recent builds, Probably the coolest golf sim/sports bar in the area and built by build wny , voted best construction company of 2023 (votes based off Buildwny employees and owners only)
Thanks to for that shutter game πΈ
Check out a basketball facility we had a pleasure of working on this summer. Everyone involved couldnβt be more excited on the final outcome. Go check it out!
- thanks for the photos and anyone that helped make this project come to life
Check out this kitchen we just finished up which also is in the same house as thatβs previous bathroom post. made some power moves with opening these rooms right up to make a much more social environment between the cooking and dining areas. Then we figured out all the details in between to make this layout a possibility. Swipe to the end for before photos and our newest furry friend!!
Check out this bathroom we recently finished up. Spectacular is all we can say!!! We took some square footage from a neighboring room allowing us to change the baths whole layout. Thanks to for the design and layout as well as all our other friends we work with on a daily basis
Our is growing up so fast we just canβt handle it!!! Seems like yesterday he just got his first hammer and now look at him! We cherish all these memories!
We got a little cabinetry crazy on this one! All shelving, cabinets, displays, etc in the new were built on site by our team. Was no small task but I think the results are phenomenal. And you know we couldnβt have all this custom shelving without epic lighting to really make this pure white pop!! Go scope these finished photos from
Hereβs absolute beauty of a bathroom completed not too long ago. All wall tiles were hand made tiles from Morocco. All tile ends and corners were beveled achieve a classic look that complimented the inconsistencies of the hand made product. Floor was natural slate that we also kept the pattern from the main floor into the shower and beveled all corners over the shower curb. The guys did an amazing job on the tile on this one and couldnβt be happier about the out come.

Hereβs the bathrooms from the sunset project! Gave you a some before and after pics to really see the transformation! Excuse the photos, was hard to get a good angle I. Those spaces. ENJOY!!!
Extreme beach house make-over!!!! Hereβs the before and after photos of the sunset remodel we just finished up. An issue with a previous contractor led them to us. We did our best to normalize chaos the best we could as we had to gut the entire home. In the end they got a beautiful beach house with lots of upgrades, and some new friends. Enjoy the photos!!!
Hereβs a unique kitchen we did over he winter. This is actually in a log cabin so we didnβt want to go to extreme modern. We kept a bunch of natural wood while painting such strong focal points like the ceiling. Took walls down that use to separate the kitchen from the rest of the family room. The mantle and custom faux beams from mixed with some of the original wood still keeps the cabin feel alive. at killed it with the kitchen layout and cabinet selection to make our vision come to life. busted out the floors as per usual. And supplied that amazing countertop. Happy Fourth of July everyone!!!!
Hereβs a basement transformation we finished up last month. The origianl space was dark and uninviting. As you can see itβs way more welcoming now. Large room is now a large area for the kids to play with some built in storage for books or toys unde the stairs. Cleaned up the luandry area as well and did our best to make something like luandry, more fun with a bright relaxing space. Sprayed out the ceiling black so we didnβt lose head space and still have access to mechanicals. Fun project for build WNY and the customer. These finished photos were taken a couple days before we were completely out. So we did band the laundry stand and some other odds n ends were finished but the kids had already moved in and it was a full on play room. But Check out the before and afters.
Picked up a and started shooting random photos of the work day and our family (everyone associated with build WNY). This camera shoots like film and you canβt see the pictures til they are uploaded. So you are seeing this essentially how we do! Hope you enjoy. Weβd like to keep doing this. Let me know if its something you like because we will keep doing it and its super fun!!!
Thanks for showing me this camera

Here is an addition we recently completed which added roughly 300 highly functional sq/f. Check out all the detail we put into this, from the handmade Morocco tiles beveled into the window, custom spalted maple full slabs chopped up and used in all sorts of areaβs, accent wall designed to match color and dimensions of the cabinets, herring bone floor with border to imitate a real brick look, and so much more. Take as look, this project was a fun one!

Who wouldnβt love to have this family room? This room was all part of an addition added to the Tonawanda creek home. We dropped the elevation to create separate spaces with in one grand room as well as increasing the ceiling height to add to the grand feeling of this room. Used pre-finished white T and G and faux beams from to really add to aesthetics of the space. carried their floors through the entire space which complimented the stain and burn we did on the faux beams. Newell posts and mantel were made from reclaimed boards from We got raw metal and did all the railings and welding ourselves
This epic fireplace was the original thought and the room grew organically around that design thanks to the awesome stone from The Built-ins weβre built by us on site with a mix of standard clear boards painted white and the natural wood is chopped out of a Scottish elm slab harvested from Caz park in south buffalo. I can keep going on this build but ill let your eyes do the talking from here!!
Hereβs a little kitchen we did at the Tonawanda cr project. The kitchen cabinet footprint here is actually the only area in this mammoth room that was from the original house. We added a large amount of square footage and raised and vaulted the ceilings to create a space that used to design an epic kitchen.
Secret pantry is accessed through opening a walk through pantry cabinet. Fridge and freezer where panel ready units that are hidden behind the white cabinet doors on the left. And just so many other features to mention but WOW!!!! It turned out beautiful
Hereβs some finished photos from the Tonawanda creek basement equipped with a movie theatre that has a fiber optics ceiling to replicate a starry night and a shooting star that passes about every 5-10 minutes. The one adjacent room is setup to be a concessions area for the theatre and the other big room is a kids play room with a study made out of the old kitchen cabinets.
is complete!! We are extremely proud of the final product here. Fine dining should be delicious and fun, So the customer and I did our best to create that atmosphere. Go check out our work and the amazing handmade delectables!
Thanks for the πΈ
