🍁🍁September Subscription Box!!!🍁🍁

This post will be open for 24 hours. This is a pre-order for the sampler box for this month’s drop. It will contain one each of all 16 flavors. These subscription boxes are $25. Payment is due within 24 hours of claiming. Venmo: -pendarvis or Cashapp: $megsmacstn
I can also do PayPal or ApplePay. Let me know if you prefer either of those and I’ll get you that info.

Perks of getting a subscription box…
•The price of the subscription boxes are $25 each month. The price of the sampler during the drop will likely be higher (it will never be lower than $25, so no worries there). The price of the box for the drop is dependent on how many macarons are included.
•You’re guaranteed a sampler box.
•You can pick up your subscription box the day before the drop so you can taste the flavors of the drop and decide which ones to get more of.
•I’m calling these subscription boxes, but you’re not required to commit to a certain number of months.
•I will do a drawing including the names of everyone that claims a subscription box (if you claim multiple subscription boxes, you get multiple entries). The winner of the drawing will receive 10% your entire purchase at this month’s drop.

If you want to claim more than one, that’s perfectly acceptable, just let me know otherwise I’ll assume you’re only claiming one. Also let me know if you will be picking up the day before the drop (September 19) or the day of drop pick ups (September 21).

Claiming will close September 2nd at 9:00 am.

I’ll be at Sango Night Market for their final market of the season on Monday from 4:00-8:00! I’ll be bringing some great fall flavors and top favorites! Don’t miss out!

It’s almost time to claim subscription boxes!! The post to claim will go up on the 1st at 9:00 am. This will be the last subscription box until next year! October through December we are doing a full pre-order (more details to come).

If you’re not familiar with subscription boxes, it’s basically preordering a sampler box for that month’s drop. It will contain one of every flavor in the drop.

Perks:
🩵They are only $25. Buying a sampler box during the drop is typically more than that. I base the price on how many macarons are included and they range from $25-$30, but never less.
🩵You have the option to pick up the day before the drop so you can test out the flavors and decide which ones to get more of.
🩵Everyone who orders a subscription box is entered into a drawing to get 10% off their drop order.

We’re headed to the Local Spotlight Business Awards - Clarksville Thank you to everyone who voted, and even if I don’t come home with an award, your support still means the world to me! I’m excited to hang out with other business owners tonight and spend a fancy night out with my best friend!

I had to take this picture before I put everything away… this will last a week or two. The busy baking season is here!!! Trust me when I say, if you need a custom order between now and the end of the year, book it now! I am already at max orders for several weeks and even months. I will put the link for a custom order inquiry in the comments.

I will be having pre-orders for the Halloween boxes, Thanksgiving drop, Christmas minis, and Christmas drop, so if you’re wanting an order for Thanksgiving or Christmas party and want holiday flavors, your best bet would be to do one of those pre-orders. Pre-orders for those will open up at the end of September.

🗓️ September will be the last subscription box for the year! More details why below. That post will go up September 1st and the drop will be September 20th.

📝 I will be doing FULL pre-orders for everything October-December!!!! I NEVER do this! This is why I’m not doing “subscription boxes”. Yes, you can pre-order a sampler box still, but it will be just like ordering from a drop (none of the standard subscription box perks, sorry).

Details about the pre-orders…
🩵 Pre-orders will be available for the Halloween themed boxes, the Thanksgiving themed drop, the Christmas mini macarons, and the Christmas themed drop.
🤍 Pre-orders will open on September 30th. You will be able to pre-order from ALL events/drops at that time.
🩵 Each event/drop will have its own cut off date. If you don’t get your order in before the cut off, you will need to claim from the drop. Since I’m doing pre-orders, I won’t have as many during the drops, but will still do a drop for each.
🤍 Payment is due at the time of pre-ordering. If you want to pre-order from multiple events/drops you can do it all at once or gradually place your orders. Whatever works better for your budget.

If you have any questions or need clarification on anything, please ask! I will continue to send reminders of the pre-order as time gets closer.

The mac drop is happening tomorrow at 7:00 pm (no early claiming). Below is some important information if you’re unsure how our drops work…

🍪 There will be 16 flavors and it’s all mix and match/create your own box. A box of 6 is $12, a sampler box is $30, and single macarons are $2.50 each. No limit to how many you can claim!

🗯️ Please don’t edit your initial comment. This can get very confusing if comments are edited and I might miss your changes. If you would like to add to or change your order, please just reply to your initial comment.

💵 Payment is due within 24 hours of claiming. If payment is not received within 24 hours the items you claimed will be released for others to purchase. I accept Venmo (-pendarvis), Cashapp ($megsmacstn), PayPal, ApplePay, or you can do cash at pick up. I am not responsible for payments sent to the wrong person.

🎁 In person pick up (I personally hand you your order) is available Saturday 9:00-2:00. If you can’t make it during that time frame, I can do porch pick up (leave your order in a mini fridge on the porch) anytime outside of that. When claiming, please also comment with a time frame of pick up. It doesn’t have to be an exact time, but at least a 1-2 hour window helps me greatly! Pick up is in Clarksville off of Trenton Rd. I’ll send you my exact address after ordering. Please make every effort to pick up your order on the day you say you will.

‼️ For best quality, remove them from the bakery box and store in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen for 2+ months. Allow to come to room temperature before enjoying.

🌾 Macarons are naturally gluten free. There are some fillings that contain gluten, but I will always notate that. I’ve had some people asking about dyes. A lot of them do have dyes, mainly because it makes it easier to tell the flavors apart, but there are some without. I will let you know which ones are dye free on the drop post.

🛑 Macarons are made with almond flour, so if you have a related allergy, please do not consume.

Unclaimed extras are in the mini fridge! Grab what you want and send payment via Venmo or Cashapp. Everything pictured plus one more thing of minis in the door is what’s available.
