It’s been 2 years today since we lost Mrs. Pedigo or “Aunt Dot” as we called her. She loved the antique store & all of her customers! She just loved to be around people. She shared her knowledge in antiques and glassware to whomever came through those doors - and now we have such amazing customers that come in to share their knowledge with us and have taught us so much! She filled the walls in the store with not only lots of merchandise but love and kindness! I’d hope she is smiling down knowing the store is still family owned by the ones she so graciously raised as her own, and grateful to all the customers that have made this possible for us to continue her legacy.

We’re so sorry we will be closed this Saturday, April 20th! We are out buying some amazing antiques & collectables! Please check back with us next weekend to see all the cool new finds! We will reopen next Friday April 26 at 10am.

We cannot wait to see everyone tomorrow Saturday March 16 from 10am-4pm for our Grand Reopening! We will be having finger foods & desserts! Come see the new merchandise & the newly decorated store!

We have exciting news! We’re happy to announce….Pedigo’s Madison Street Antiques will remain OPEN! We will strive to continue the great legacy Ms. Pedigo left. Brenda (whom she raised as her daughter) & Ashley (whom she raised as her granddaughter) will be reopening the business together. Don’t worry, you will still see Eugene working the store for us! We are restocking the store daily with lots of new items & glassware. We will also carry furniture! Please be patient as we restock the store as it once was! The store will be open Friday & Saturday 10am-4pm!

(Miss Lucille’s booths are not part of the sale at the antique store, but our way of keeping the legacy alive)

To all of the amazing customers of Pedigo’s Madison Street Antiques, we regret to inform you of the passing of Ms Pedigo on Friday June 3, 2022. Although she was a business teacher for 41 years in the Montgomery county school system- and loved what she did & all of the students- the antique shop was what she was the most passionate about for over 40 years! From glassware, linens, lamps, books, & just about anything you can think of filled the isles (and a lot in the middle of isles). It may have looked like chaos to some but she knew where everything was (even if it may have been piled under 20 years of other items). As much as she loved the antiques- it was the people that passed through those doors that made her love what she did. Some local, some just passing through town, and some that traveled many miles to visit her store- she was always happy to talk and listen to others stories. She looked forward each year to traveling to Pennsylvania to get new merchandise & had people waiting to come in as soon as she got back. All those years wouldn’t have been the same without the customers who shared the same passion as her, so thank you to each and everyone of y’all. The shop will still remain open Thursday- Saturday 10am-4pm with the same amazing men who have helped her continue her dream.
