Luisa recently relocated back to Tennessee from Alabama but has been working for our office since March of 2022. She is licensed to assist you with your auto and homeowner insurance and specializing in helping our Spanish speaking customers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, traveling, reading, and crafting.

Casey is our remote service specialist, originally from the East coast but currently residing in Washington state while her husband is on military orders. She joined our team in April of 2023 and is currently licensed to assist with your auto and homeowner insurance needs but working to get her Life and Health as well. She specializes in all things service, from billing to claims and more. In her free time, she can be found exploring the outdoors, cooking a new recipe, playing video games, or just enjoying time with her husband and kids.

First up is Cameron, who started working in our office in April of 2023 and serves as an Account Manager. He was born and raised in Colorado but moved to Tennessee in 2021. He has a background in the home lending industry where he gained extensive knowledge that correlates well in the insurance industry. His specialty is in risk management where he assists Clarksville residents with their auto, homeowners, life, and health insurance needs. He has a wife and 2 kids, and enjoys golfing and watching sports.

👉🏻Get those water hoses detached and those faucets covered!!
👉🏻Get any pipe you could be concerned about covered and insulated.
👉🏻Know where to cut your water off at the road and how to do it!! You can get a water cut off tool at Lowe’s for $12.
👉🏻With sub freezing temps and snow in the forecast plan on how you are going to stay warm if the power goes out.
👉🏻Have a full tank of gas in your cars.
👉🏻Now is the time to plan! Trust me when I say you do not want to have to deal with busted pipes ever! But especially when the weather is like this.

The Cavalry has arrived!

The State Farm command center is up and running in the Lowe’s parking lot on Wilma Rudolph Blvd to assist with claims from the catastrophic weather from this weekend.

Our office, other local State Farm agents, and local claim specialists have been working tirelessly getting our policyholders temporary housing and advance payments on claims since Saturday to bridge the gap for our customers until our claim partners could arrive in full force.

We love our community and the way it is rallying to be there for those in need during this time.

We are praying for everyone involved in the storms today. If you have sustained damage to any of your property in the storms please call my office at 931-266-0612. Claims after hours will be answering the phone and notifying me of severe loss customers so that we can try to help you as quickly as possible.
