I am so excited to announce that I am opening Mamastefit Clarksville early this year! I’d love to introduce myself to kick it all off!

I’m Hahna, your go-to for prenatal and postpartum fitness if you are in the Clarksville area! I am a wife, mama of 2, lover of a good book and all things health and wellness. I am Mamastefit certified and CrossFit L-1.

After my second daughter I began training with Gina at and absolutely loved it. So much that I decided to start my own affiliate after we moved to TN!
