I think it's about time for a fresh start and rethink how I do things. Since I started this business, I have dealt with inconsiderate people that don't care that I have a home life and kids to take care of just as most of them do, they don't care how late it gets or that I get burnt out from going 24/7, they don't care that i have other customers that have been waiting, the only thing that matters to them is their vehicle gets repaired in the time frame they feel it should be done in for the amount they think it should cost. There has been people that have paid me thru cashapp (which will no longer be used for payment) then dispute the charges thru their bank to get the work for free... stealing the food from my kids mouths, so to speak. No, this statement doesn't apply to everyone because I've also had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people that make the days so much better and I truly appreciate those people. That being said, I will be making changes in the near future for the better of myself and my family. Thank you all who have been loyal customers that became friends and been some of my biggest supporters from the beginning. 🙂

First and foremost I want to apologize to everyone for my lack of services and communication. I have had alot of personal family issues going on which has caused me to have to step back and focus on their needs for a while. Now for the 2nd issue... I've been quiet about this for long enough and believe now is the time to defend my company and reputation. I had a customer who claims I had his truck for 3 months when I only had it for 2, agreed to do a $4000+ job for $900 when my exact words were "a rough estimate for the body work would be $900, he also ordered some wrong parts for his own vehicle then because he couldn't return them subtracted the amount of that part from what I paid out of pocket. He only paid for materials for the color matched paint, nothing for labor on the tasks completed that he added on later during the job, so when I asked him for money owed he called the cops on me for refusing to give him the keys to the vehicle (which still had unfinished body work to be done) and used the remote start that I installed to start the vehicle in front of the cop and later claims thing didn't work that were double checked prior to him getting the vehicle back and it all worked fine. I will admit that I misjudged the time frame it would take to complete the body work of this job. This individual has also gone as far as to post the unfinished parts of the vehicle to my business page on Google as well as created a fake profile to leave a 1 star review on it as well. This individual is a nurse and used the fake profile to praise himself on another review as well. I initially suspected it of being a fake profile when the pictures he posted and the 1 star review were done on the same day. Now more recently after I have not said a single word to this individual since the confrontation he messages me, sending a picture of the vehicle, talking about how much he "had to pay" to fix what I supposedly messed up (which I'm pretty sure they only finished what I started considering the amount he said he paid) and that his attorney said it wasn't worth it to take someone to court for money they don't have. I can show proof of everything he has lied about in an attempt to defamate not only my business but character as well. I take pride in what I do and as far as running a business I know there's still alot to learn considering this is the first time I've ever tried to run my own company but dealing with individuals who want something for nothing or only try to scam people was not something I was really prepared for. Lessons have been learned and moving on. I'm not holding a grudge but I would appreciate this individual removing these false claims and pictures due to his choices. If he should feel the need to say anything about "deadlines" they were some that the individual set himself for me to complete the jobs by on top of doing small jobs on 2 of his other personal vehicles while trying to complete this one and I have proof of this as well.

To the customers I have been unable to get to or have had to reschedule, I apologize for not getting to you in a more timely manner. As far as the mobile mechanic side of the business goes I have been very overwhelmed doing the majority of it by myself to the point I have made some mistakes with diagnosing vehicles and/or not providing the quality service you as customers deserve. I have gotten calls from customers at all hours of the night as late as 2 to 3 in the morning, working 7 days a week since we began in August/ September time frame with little to no time to spend with my family or free time to myself. Due to these conditions, I have set business hours to try to balance everything out and will be taking weekends off (unless absolute emergency such as your car being broke down at a public place or you're stranded on the side of the road) I know this may be an inconvenience for some but I also need to take into consideration my own well-being and home life. We truly appreciate your business and still look forward to providing you with great service.

First off I want to say the customer is safe and unharmed 😁 wheel bearing inside the hub assembly seized up causing it to break along with the caliper bracket, ABS sensor, inner tie rod. Replaced all broken parts and got his truck back up and going for him.

Just want to take a minute to say thank you to everyone that helped us grow as a mobile mechanic business. We now have 122 followers on the business page and a 5 star rating. Repaired harness for the fuel pump. Wires were left exposed prior and truck was cut under back seat to replace the pump last time it went out instead of taking the proper steps to do the job. Customer was also not informed that there was a recall on the vehicle for an issue with the integrated fuel pump relay.

The problem and the solution. Brakes locked up on the customer, pad was gone, metal sticking out was the backing plate from the brake pad. Caliper was locked up as well. Replaced rotor, caliper, and brake pads. Customer safety is always a priority
