Why is there always that one person making everyone's life difficult?

Set boundaries up front.
Set aside a day where you do not work, Tell your clients and networking partners And stick to it.
The hustle is real and I totally understand that, but so is burnout, anxiety and exhaustion.

Make time to breathe even if it’s just 1 day a week, or a few hours on a certain day. But you absolutely need time for a mental break ❤️

After you have purchased your home get your vents cleaned out professionally!

It’ll improve the functionality of the unit, improve any smells, improve your air quality, remove allergins from any pets, clean out any mold from moisture and ultimately improve your health since you’ll be staying there for a while!
