Originally from Clarksville, TN, Hailey, our Growth & Innovation Project Manager, has lived all over the state, from Johnson City in East TN to Franklin and Ashland City. With nearly 8 years of healthcare experience, Hailey brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Oasis In-Home Care.

Armed with an Associate's degree in Biology from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, Hailey is now pursuing an MBA with a focus on project management. As an Alpha Xi Delta alumna, Hailey exemplifies leadership and community spirit.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys reading, hiking, and camping. A fun fact? She has traveled to over 20 states and 6 countries in the last 10 years! 🌍✈️
