🍃👸🍃 After a long physical day of pulling w**ds, being able to just heat and eat this already prepped deliciousness, is such a time saver, when exhausted.

🍃🫶🏻🍃Sweet potato and black bean turkey Patties with a honey dill mustard sauce🍃🫶🏻🍃

Ingredients: Makes 4-6 servings (medium sized patties)
✨1Lb ground turkey
✨1 15oz can of black beans, drained
✨1 small sweet potato diced (seasoned and cooked ahead of time)
✨1/2 a cup torn spinach
✨Dill relish
✨Honey
✨Mustard
✨Minced onion
✨Parsley
✨Garlic powder
✨Lemon zest/subs-splash lemon juice or lemon pepper
✨paprika
✨Red pepper flakes
✨Season salt/salt
✨Pepper
✨1 TBSP butter

Directions: Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Mix all ingredients together and form medium sized patties. TIP:: Do not overwork the meat. (The cooked sweet potato was seasoned with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon pepper the day before and cooled in the fridge). Once the patties are made, place them in the preheated pan with butter (you may need more than one pan, or do two or so batches.) and get a nice sear on each side until golden brown and internal temp is 164 degrees farenheit. While the patties cook, in a small bowl, combined the diced dill pickle relish, mustard, honey, lemon zest and pepper. (To taste) Mix well. Drizzle over patties or use on a toasted bun for a burger! Enjoy! 🍃🫶🏻🍃
