Everyone meet RockyRoad/Buckwheat. He is the silliest and sweetest dog. We believe he is a lab and husky mix. He is very much still a puppy and loves to play. RockyRoad/Buckwheat was found in the middle of a rural road on our way back from Texas just about a half hour from where we currently live. He was covered in ticks and fleas, and was too afraid to even move out of the middle of the road as our car was approaching him. We were able to get him to go to the side of the road and carry him into the car. He was terrified of the leash and pretty much anything in general. His foster mom (Kelly) drove back through the town she found him in 3 different times and after talking with a few people in the town it seems he was dumped.
He has come such a long way in the last month that we have had him and we are so proud of him! He is now leash trained (for the most part), kennel trained, loves walks/runs, my two other dogs, 3 cats and my kids! He is neutered up-to-date on vaccines, heart worm negative, currently on a heartworm and flea/tick prevention and is officially ready for his forever home! Please send us a message or comment if you’re interested in meeting him!
He is currently with his foster mom at her house. 🏡 🐾.

Update (8.20.24)- I am currently at a private foster but still looking for my forever home!

Everyone meet Copper! 🐱

Estimated at 8-9 weeks old
I am a spicy and sassy little boy who loves to play with just about anything and everything. I don’t seem to mind other cats or dogs. I am just a curious little boy that likes to do my own thing and explore new places, but I do give love when I want to!
I am dewormed, worm free!
I have flea/tick prevention on me currently that’s good for a month and will come with another months worth in my goodie basket!
I also have my first set of shots and will be due for my 2nd 8/16!

If interested ask Kelly or Michaela for more information! 🐾🤍

UPDATE ~✨ADOPTED ✨AS OF 7-29-24

UPDATE AS OF 7-25-24 URGENT FOSTER OR HOME
(You can do a trial run of course and if you’re able to foster we supply food and everything they need so you don’t have to come out of pocket for anything)

Alfalfa is still searching for his forever home or even a foster in the mean time. Fosters help us so much as they provide a home environment to let us know how they do!

Everyone meet Alfalfa he’s looking for his furever home or even someone to foster him so our foster moms at animal hospital can continue to rescue more fur babies like me 🐾

Breed: Terrier mix
Estimated Age: 3 years old
Weight: 37 pounds
Neutered Male
Up to date on vaccines

He knows how to sit, lay down, shake, spin, and even speak. He is a sweet boy that loves attention! Not sure how he does with other dogs or cats but willing to do a trail run as he seems like he will do just fine and he loves human interaction. 🫶🏼

He was freshly groomed before his neuter and will come with an adoption basket full of goodies!🦴

If interested please pm us or call and ask for Kelly or Michaela by either messaging us on here or calling 931-647-1696.

🐾UPDATE AS OF 7/12🐾
we got our last litter all adopted thanks to our amazing clients but the 7 babies we took in need a lot of medical attention.
Therefore donations of wet food and non clumping litter would be EXTREMLY helpful right now! Thank you to our amazing clients for making it possible for us to salve and help so many deserving fur babies.

UPDATE!!! ON 6/12 WE TOOK IN A LITTER FROM AN ABUSE CASE AND COULD REALLY USE DONATIONS AGAIN. MOSTLY ON OUR FOSTERS ACCOUNT OR WET KITTEN FOOD AND CAT LITTER DONATIONS.

Animal Hospital Facebook followers, we try to help where we can as Clarksville has such a high need. Despite having several fosters right now… and in process of having to relocate the colony of cats near our clinic, we found a litter of kittens one had that we couldn’t say no to taking in and caring for. If anyone could donate Non clumping litter and any kind of wet kitten food we would greatly appreciate it!!!

Thank you so much for your continued support!
We couldn’t do it without you all!

URGENT UPDATE- These babies still need a home as their current foster will be going to assisted living. These two do NOT have to be adopted together.

Everyone meet Snowball and Mittens 😽

Snow ball (Siamese/ragdoll mix)
I am a shy and quiet boy who just got neutered today and is fully up to date on my vaccines thanks to my wonderful foster mom who rescued me. My foster mom feeds several strays outside and I was one of them! She took me inside as a kitten but has lots of other kitties so I understand that it’s best if I go to a wonderful forever home. I do like to play although I’m shy but I get spooked by loud noises but I love to snuggle! I get along with other kitties, haven’t met any dogs yet and I like kids as long as they know boundaries or are maybe a little older.

Mittens (Black and white domestic medium hair) I am spayed and vaccinated now and a little shy at first as well but I am a fun and rambunctious kitten and I love to play with toys. My foster mom rescued me on New Year’s Eve and similar to snowball I need a furever home. I get along with other kitties, haven’t met any other dogs yet and I like kids as long as they know boundaries and are maybe a little older.

Please reach out if you’d like to foster or adopt one or BOTH we will put you in touch with snow ball and Mittens foster mom. 😉
Both up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and negative for FIV/FELV.

03/20/2024

UPDATE- Sage went to Sophie’s Circle rescue!!!

URGENT FOSTER NEEDED even if you can only hold her for a few days or want to take her just to test her out we are fine with that! 🏡

Everyone meet “Sage” 🐶

Red Heeler Mix 🐾

Estimated Age: 9 months

Hi everyone,

I am about 25 lbs and a happy girl full of n “Sage”
Red Heeler Mix
Estimated Age: 9 months
Vaccinated/spayed: My foster moms got all of that for me
my vaccines and spay.
Kids: I do like kiddos but older kids would be preferred or ones that know boundaries. 💕

I am about 25 lbs and full of energy, so a nice fenced in yard would be best for me! I also like to calm down and snuggle up with you under the blankets too though. I tend to pick a person and follow them everywhere and I don’t like not being able to see them as I prefer to be your shadow. What can I say I like to be the center of attention. 😉 I would probably do best in an only pet home or with other animals that won’t get in my face and will leave me alone.

If you are interested in me please ask Kelly or Michaela for more details. Again, I’ll even take a couple sleepovers. 😊

🐾🐶

❗️HAPPY UPDATE- Hobo now known as Elvis has officially been adopted by his amazing foster family❗️

BUMP- Hobo still needs a home! Please message or call us if you’d like to meet him and his foster would be more then happy to bring him here to meet!

Meet Hobo! 🐾

He’s currently being fostered with some of our wonderful clients.
Hobo is the sweetest boy in the whole world who just wants attention and snuggles. He’s a neutered male up to to date on vaccines.

Mr. Hobo is sadly HEARTWORM/RINGWORM POSITIVE but being treated currently with a monthly topical that is a “slow kill” method of heart worm treatment that he receives once a month. The ringworm should clear up in the next week weeks with the baths he’s receiving for that.

Age: Estimated about 3 ½ years old.

From Hobo: I am a total love bug that spent my first few years living on the streets, but that didn’t stop me from making myself right at home when my fosters took me in. I am good with other animals (cats & dogs) with a slow introduction. I’ll do good with your kids too as long as they’re gentle with however I haven’t been around newborns yet but with the right introduction I think I’d do just fine since I’m so sweet and well mannered.

Please message or comment on here. You can also call 931-647-1696 if you’re interested.

ADOPTED 😻

URGENT FOSTER NEEDED 🐱🤍

Meet Archie, the BIG handsome love bug who would love to be your valentine 😉💕🐱🐈

“He is a super loving, chatty boy, who loves to play, and is very interested in whatever you’re doing. He is a rescue and is estimated to be around 1 YO.
He has been seen by the vet; where he received his shots and was neutered. He loves the cozy life of the indoors where he can lounge on the couch and the meals are plentiful, however he still has a taste for the outside and loves to watch through the windows. He has been passive and NON- aggressive AT ALL around my cats, but he has tried to be playful with them though they’re not interested and leery of him. He temporarily is being fostered at a home with children, dogs, and other cats. He did fine with the kids, as long as they weren’t too loud or in his face. He also did okay with the dogs, but it would be best if any dogs in the home were on the calmer side. Unfortunately, the foster CANNOT keep him due to her other animals being to territorial and them moving soon.” -Message from his foster.

He needs a family who is patient and is willing to help him adjust to a new environment. He should do fine with other cats, calm dogs, and kids. If you would like to take him home and see how he does then you can do foster to adopt.
Please message or comment if you’re interested in him or you can call 931-647-1696 and ask for Kelly! 😍

ADOPTED 🐶🥰

GOT INTO RESCUE-AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION THROUGH HOT RODS GARAGE. ❤️🐾

Ozzy/Bowie is estimated at about 8 years old, up to date on vaccines and is an absolute sweetheart who is loved by all who meet him! He’s an excellent co-pilot for car adventures and he’s always game for a pup cup. He takes treats gently…the yummier the better, and he walks well on a leash. He has lived with a child and a smaller dog. He spent time in a shelter where he played well with others or on his own. He is an older dog who would love to live out his golden years curled up with his family. He would thrive in a home where his family is home with him a lot. He needs to make up for lost time and needs frequent potty breaks since he's a senior. He is heart worm positive which just requires a monthly topical and he has some skin issues that are currently being treated. Luckily, these conditions aren’t contagious for other animals in the home. If you can provide him a warm, soft place to land, he’ll repay you with the sweetest doggie kisses ever!

01/20/2024

ADOPTED 🐈‍⬛💕

Everyone meet milkshake. She needs a foster or adopter!

*You can also donate to her vet care by calling 931-647-1696 she’s under Milkshake fosters*

She’s an absolute sweetheart who shockingly (she was an outdoor cat) loves to cuddle once she warms up. She’s spayed & fully vetted. 😻

I know there’s lots of outdoor cats so I just leave them be and they usually are spooked and run off anyways..
Well, milkshake didn’t run out of the road as I drove towards her. To my surprise she ran towards my car and with VERY little convincing with some treats (Yes, I keep treats in my car) I was able to get her. I posted her in local lost and found groups in Kentucky and checked for signs, did a found pet report and nothing. So now, after 3 weeks milkshake is looking for a wonderful home.

She needs a VERY slow and patient introduction with other animals as she was found living outside so she’s a bit nervous especially with other cats/dogs but she loves people, including kids! 🤍😻

If anyone would like to take milkshake home and see how she does you can foster to adopt please feel free to message here or comment here on facebook or call 931-647-1696.

UPDATE 4/2/24 - 6 out of 9 babies have been adopted! See pictures to see who is still looking for their forever homes!

UPDATE- ALL 9 cats are either with a rescue or foster. Thankful for our amazing and wonderful local cat rescues.

URGENT-NEED FOSTER OR HOMES 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We have VERY limited information but we have a client who knows of someone who unfortunately passed away leaving behind 9 indoor adult cats. The only info we have right now is that there’s 9 of them and they’re all used to being indoors and that they need homes ASAP. 🥹

If anyone is willing to help by fostering a few or one of them please reach out to us and ask for Kelly!

-We are desperately trying to avoid these babies going to the shelter if at all possibly and all/any help is appreciated! Vetting WILL be provided for them.

UPDATE-ADOPTED 😻

UPDATE- SYLVESTER HAS A FOSTER AS OF 1-5-24 possibly turning into a furever home, stay tuned. Thank you to all who donated to this sweet boy. 😻

Home/foster needed!

Remember me? I’m Sylvester! 🐈‍⬛ The big sweet guy with the swollen paw… that’s no longer swollen thanks to everyone here at animal hospital and to all of you who donated towards my care.

Will you help me to find a warm, snuggly home before Christmas? 🎄

All I want is to find my forever family and be with you on Christmas morning. My veterinarians here told me that I have something called FIV, but I shouldn’t be too concerned, because as long as I stay inside I can live a long healthy life. I can even live with other healthy kitties as long as we get along great. If you are unfamiliar with my diagnosis, just call and ask for my foster elf Kelly! Sometimes it’s hard for FIV cats like me to find homes, I feel so misunderstood 😔.
I hope it doesn’t prevent me from opening gifts 🎁 under the tree this year with you! If you are unfamiliar with my diagnosis but want to know more about fostering or adopting me just comment below, send a message or even call the clinic 931-647-1696 if you want to meet me. I’m such a sweet guy and get along with other cats I do get along with dogs too as long as theyre gentle while I adjust.

ALL ADOPTED INCLUDING MAMA 😻

Everyone meet our “spooky” litter
“Mummy” cat came and appeared at a woman’s apartment VERY hungry and VERY pregnant well… she’s nice enough to continue to feed and care for mummy. All the babies in an apartment is a bit much (understandably) needless to say the woman called the right place I answered the phone and told her I will foster Mummy and babies until they’re old enough to go to their furever homes. Our Halloween babies will be available starting the week of 10-25 . If anyone is interested in potential “pre adoption” all kittens are still available as of now. (Also- As of now they’re too young to s*x since they’re only 3 days old)

Message us or call 931-647-1696 (Ask for Kelly & Michaela) to discuss adoption fees etc 👻🎃

We have two sweet babies!!! ☺️

Needing wonderful homes both females 👸

Already had 1st set of shots 🐱

Please call 931-647-1696 or message here and ask for Kelly if you’d like to give one of these sweet babies a home or even foster so they don’t have to be in a kennel. 💕

ADOPTED 😻
Posting “Momma kitty” again…😭😭😭

Iffy with other animals and prefers her own space BUT has done much better then she did to begin with. Could end up being completely fine with proper introduction, time and patience. Momma kitty was abandoned in our parking lot so you’d be an animal hospital hero if you foster or keep her.

Sooooo posting again in hopes of, of course a furever home but even just a temporary foster while we wait for a spot for her at a local rescue!
ANY amount of time would help! 😍🐱
Food and all needed items will be provided! If you think you might be able to help us out please call 931-647-1696 and ask for Kelly or Cass.
