Do you know a military family that needs help this year? 1,500 families will get a free Thanksgiving turkey this weekend at the Turkeys for Troops giveaway. Spread the word!

Members of the Clarksville business community, led by F&M Bank, James Corlew Chevrolet and LifePoint Church, are honoring active duty military, veterans and military family members at their 2nd Annual Turkeys for Troops event on Saturday, November 23rd.

They are giving away 1500 Thanksgiving turkeys at James Corlew Chevrolet, located at 722 College St. in Clarksville, right across from Austin Peay State University. One turkey per family, must have a valid military ID.

Well, after 2 years of not being able to get together, we celebrated our 9th CARES walk.
We had record attendance and support.
Thank you Chief Freddie Montgomery, Clarksville Fire & Rescue, our SWOT Team, & First Responders for making today special.
Our vendors were beyond generous!

Course Dates: June 27-July 1

Due to some last minute openings the Clarksville Police Department's Juvenile Engagement Team (J.E.T.) is reopening applications for it's Juvenile Enrichment & Life Skills (J.E.T.S.) Class. Beginning this Saturday, March 19th, this free four week course provides safety and life skill classes for teenagers of this community at several unique classroom locations around the city. Veteran noticed a community need, turned it into Wiggins Medical Transit | ClarksvilleNow.com Wiggins Medical Transit offers caring professional service where the customers needs are their top priority.

This is a great idea to let your children get out and have some fun while getting to know our officers better.
Hot meal will be served 5:30pm-6:30pm.

The Clarksville Police Departments, Juvenile Engagement Team (J.E.T.) will be hosting Open Gym starting Monday, February 7th from 4:30pm-8:00pm at the Crow Recreation Center located at 211 Richview Rd, Clarksville, Tn 37043. Open Gym will be held every other Monday and will consist of tutoring between 4:30-5:30, snacks 5:30-6:00, and basketball and other recreational games from 6:00-8:00pm. This recurring event is for children grades 6th-12th. If you have any questions you can contact (931)648-0656 ext.5811.
