I’m gonna be very transparent! It’s been a tough road!!! There are days where my eating is absolute TRASH…LOLOL, but I have managed to maintain and keep the weight off!!!! PLEASE know I still like doughnuts, pasta and burgers with fries!!! But I’ve managed to know when enough is enough!!! I’m fighting but I’m winning!!! !!!!

Just observing a few things, I’ve been in church my WHOLE life, we all love a good word of conviction, correction and power…I was taught when those types of messages are coming forth there are two types of people, there are those that are shovels and those that are rakes. See a shovel is used to move things from one place to another. A rake, on the other hand is used to move the leaves, debris, etc towards you to clean up!!!! Read the room when words of correction come, you see alot of shovels, but not enough rakes, when the word of Lord comes to correct I sit and take introspection of Eric’s life and ask God to help me make the change. So on this Tuesday morning let me ask you this question, are you a SHOVEL or a RAKE?
