OMG! When I saw this I had to try it! This was so fun and she is so motivating. 🤩 I love chair exercises. It gives people an opportunity to work out that may have other challenges going on. If you have a foot injury, ankle or other lower body issue this is something you might be able to do to keep up your cardio. Whether you have an issue or not give this a try. These are effect exercises when you have a forward head posture commonly known as turtle neck. However, I recommend you to make efforts to change your basic posture.

Please take into consideration these preventative measures:

• Position electronic screens (phones, tablets, computer screens, books) at the eye level to keep the head from tilting forward. Finding the eye level is the key; placing the screen above will also strain the neck to tilt backward.

• Take frequent screen breaks to stretch the neck and upper back. In addition to stretches, it is also important to do regular exercises to strengthen the neck and upper back.

• Maintain proper posture when sitting (back straight, shoulders back, feet on the floor) and standing, and avoid slouching.
