What an incredible first day at Morgan’s Wonderland!
Now, get ready for a shift in the action. On Friday, Sept. 19, we’re moving “Under the Spotlight” and “Hanging Frace” from Saturday to Friday. The first event kicks off at 7:00 am, and check-in opens at 6:00 am at the Henry B.
Gonzalez Convention Center.
Make sure to check Competition Corner, Hustle Up, and your email for updated heat times and the full workout schedule. Friday’s original events will now take place on
Saturday.

Congratulations to our newest CF-L2, Coach ! She attended the local seminar this past weekend and not even a tropical storm could stop her from continuing her education!

Monday morning gym closures:
5am&6am for certain.
The storm is suppose to keep wind high at 45-50mph through the night and morning, along with consistent rain all night.
Coach Andy will be making assessments for the 7,8,9am classes. We plan to open the 7,8,9 unless it’s unsafe to drive or the power is out! We will update you as much as possible. Stay home if you don’t like the conditions outside! Stay safe!

LCF is so excited (and proud) to announce that we are launching some pretty epic fundraising events for our guy Mat Hotho’s journey to the Adaptive CrossFit Games! First up is our pre-order for our special edition Mat Hotho CFG Replica Jerseys😍🥳🤩 For those outside of our community who don’t have the pleasure of knowing Mat, Mat is a one of a kind human who happens to have cerebral palsy. He’s qualified and accepted his invitation to the 2024 Adaptive CrossFit Games as a Neuro moderate athlete and will be flying out to San Antonio to compete from September 19th to the 22nd. The pre-order is live now until Monday, August 12th. If you are a Tampa bay local and would like to place a pre-order please EMAIL Coach Whitney at [email protected] with your size and phone number as we will need to coordinate payment and pick up once they arrive. This special edition will be priced at $35.00 (cash preferred, credit card accepted) as all profits are going to Mat directly to cover all expenses related to his trip to San Antonio!

After our pre-order wraps up we will be hosting a community workout on Saturday, August 31st at 9:15am that will be open to the public for a donation of only $10.00. No experience needed, we will just need you to DM us directly in the event you’ll be attending so we can have an idea of the headcount we’ll be expecting.
