🌿 1 part Peppermint (to help cool the body--iykyk) offering awesome anti-viral, anti-microbial and antibacterial properties. It even aids with IBS when in Tincture form.
The natural Menthol in peppermint is what soothes the muscles along with it's antispasmodic, analgesic and anti& inflammatory

🫐 1 part Juniper Berry naturally an astringent it has wonderful digestive properties, and a known neuropathic pain reliever that can actually strengthen commonly used nerves (we love this for Fibromyalgia) with it's anti-rheumatic, analgesic and anti spasmodic properties it's wonderful to ease aches, joint paint, and muscle spasms

🌿1 part Echinacea The Herbal Acetaminophen (or some say better! ) Commonly known for its help with the common cold, Echinacea can also manage inflammation pain and arthritis pain.
⚠️Also talk to a Doctor before adding natural supplements to your diet. Echinacea will do rashes if allergic and also though fantastic for the immune system. It's not good for ALL autoimmune issues as a tinciture- such as LUPUS.⚠️

👉Depending on your individual interests, some exercises to strengthen your spiritual core can include (but not limited to):
✨Writing in a journal - even if it's never seen by any one, the words that circle in our minds must be released.
✨Praying - the term "pray" can be intimidating to some people as it's heavily associated with religion ☯️ when I think of PRAY I think of it as a Silent Conversation with My Higher Power. Speaking out loud to your higher power, don't be surprised if you start to FEEL your answers you seek 😉
✨Meditating - I personally think this is the best way to come back to center spiritually but I am also one of the people who struggle with meditation. It's good to know mediation it not just sitting still with a blank mind. FLOW ARTs can be a form of meditation. Meditation helps you learn to live in the moment and teaches you how to pull yourself back INTO that present moment.
✨Reading scripture or other inspiration materials.- I am personally not a scripture reader, I do enjoy a few well know scripture quotes but I enjoy self help books or reading words that motive me, empower me, encourage me.
✨Conscious acts of forgiveness or service to others.- forgive yourself, forgive them. Pay it forward without expecting anything in return.
✨Finding a safe place and person to talk to.- never underestimate the power of conversation with good company. It can completely change your entire perspective!
If you read them, did you notice a pattern? Seems to be lack of self care, lack of personal boundaries and lack of positive thinking. What other patterns did any one pick up on?

Listening to frequencies can be great for meditation, unblocking chakras, activating your pineal gland, even increase the intensity of your intimacy (oo baby oo 😜)

Tons and tons of these different frequency audios can be found on YT. The lower more bass type would be hz in 100s up to higher pitch upwards of 940hzs.

Most of these challenges you over come will be within pulling you to create stability in your inner self which in return will reflect outward

✨This is a good year to breathe life into any of those creative ideas you've been manifesting in last year

✨4 is also known as a year that can bring great financial success if you stay focused but also listen to your body. 2023 is a big year for EVERYONE to be taking care of our bodies, cleaning up what we put into it, treating like a temple again.

✨Our body is a machine, we must keep it well oiled with proper nutrition and adequate rest. 4s will be accomplishing a lot this year, more challenges but less chaotic your year 3.

🙏Remember regardless of what your Numerology says, we all have free will to do as we please. Numerology just gives you a little peak into what the theme of your year may look like and how to get the most out of that current year 😉
