Love this...
Blessing bags....once completed you hand these out to random strangers as a blessing.
Don't be afraid to stack necklaces. It gives them a whole new look. Pick the same or similar colored, styles or even do long and short stacks. Just have fun with it.
This right here:
The math is actually right except the last one...it should be 450 pieces not 45.
450 × 5 =$2,250 reinvest 450 x 2.75 =$1237.50 so 2250 minus 1237.50 =$1012.50
Likewise: 27 x 5 =$135 reinvest 27 x 2.75 =74.25 so 135 minus 74.25 = $60.75.
Bling book set up
Remember the people booing you aren't on the field playing, they bought tickets to watch!
Don't let the naysayers bring you down. Ignore them and keep pushing. Love to you all
What is wrong with this flyer?
What does it take to be a champion???
Stay engaging, be consistent and have fun!!!! Let the world fall down around you but keep pushing forward because one day you will look back on these days and laugh.
I know it can get discouraging when you are on your lives and no one else is on with you but remember you never know who is watching in the background or who will watch the replays. Always act like there are 500 people watching you because you never know. And be consistent. When you feel like giving up is when you need to push harder. Have set days and times during the week that you go live and do your best to maintain them.
Can't sell rings? Earrings? Or bracelets? Match them up with a necklace or together and sell sets!!! The pieces don't have to match perfect, they just have to compliment each other. Sets sell. Show your customers how to mix and match because sometimes they have a hard time visualizing how to do that. Fashion fix is a great example of this.
What bills do you need to pay this month? If you have jewelry you have money....you just have to sell it. So traditional FB lives aren't working for you so how do you sell it. Set up tent sales in your front yard, sell from your bling bag, set up trunk sales in a parking lot, ask to set up displays in local hair salons. Use your imagination and you can sell without ever doing a live. Whatever you do, make sure to always wear the jewelry and represent your product.
Algorithms and Facebook....how do they work? Algorithms are like a popularity contest....the more comments you get on your page the more popular you are and therefore the more you will be shown on Facebook. So you want to have games or stuff that forces your customers to interact with you. You want and need your Algorithms to be high so you show up on your friends and customers feeds.
Always remember Len and I will always be here if you want to talk or need anything. Just reach out to me by IM or call me. I may not have all the answers but we have an amazing team that will get us the answers.
Doing an opportunity live....
Why would you do an opportunity live? These are done as a recruiting tool to get Personally Sponsored (PS) consultants aka a downline. When doing an opportunity live talk about why you join and what paparazzi has done for you. You can also mention what it has done for other consultants in the business tha you know of. Tell you potential PS about the jewelry and the benefits of being a consultant....ie: for every 10 pieces you buy in one order you get a free piece of jewelery, they get a free website, new releases every weekday, etc. Also talk about the starter kits and what each one includes. Be honest but also be excited about sharing the opportunity with others. We are in a business of sharing the love and that is not just by selling jewelry. We want to bless people with the opportunities we have been blessed with.
Whenever you are doing lives always act like a million people are watching even if no one shows up on your screen. People can watch the live (and often times do) without ever actually clicking into it. Also people watch the replays.
The biggest thing about doing a live is to be yourself and have fun. Your customers are typically family and friends to start with and they come on to see you. Make mistakes and joke them off (we all do it). Just be you. As your clientele gets bigger they will love to see the real you. They want to know snippets about your life....what did you do today, how is your family, what your favorite color is etc. They often (but not always) join you on your lives to distract themselves from what is going on in their lives. They want to be entertained, so give them that.
Last but not least when doing lives, do NOT get discouraged if you don't sell any pieces....we have all had nights like that and I know it can be discouraging, but just keep pushing. Be consistent, set a schedule of days and times you will be on and stick to it. The biggest thing is consistency.....all of the ugliness will tell you this!
Smile bright and let your light shine through.
Well it is offical...my husband Len is now officially a part of the paparazzi movement. Congratulations to him for becoming my business partner!!!
Michelle Johnnie (one of much higher ups for anyone who doesn't know) did a video today and in it she said this quote from Misty Kirby: 'you don't have to change who you are, but you should at least look like you are family picture ready". That one kindof hit home a little for me. Anywho just wanted to share!
Let's break down Life of the Party goals. For every 25 pieces /50 PV you need to sell 17 pieces and reinvest. So to get to 5000 PV here is what you need to sell. 5000 PV=2500 pices. 2500 ÷25=100
100x17=1700 pieces
Now divide 1700 by 12 months
1700÷12=142 pieces you need to sell per month.
Now divide that by the # of days you go live per week (I go live 4 times a week so that is 16 days a month)
142÷16=9 pieces I need to sell each live to achieve LOP bronze. Any other pieces I sell is a bonus.
For LOP Silver multiple your pieces per night by 2 (so for me it would be 18 pieces per live)
For LOP Gold multiple your pieces by night by 3 (so for me it would be 27 pieces per live).
This example does not include website sales, vendor events or bling bag sales. It is strictly based on live sales.
Just an FYI.....
Posting little games or memes like the one below is a good way to get your customers to interact with you even when you are not live. Interaction helps with the FB algorithms.
Let's talk about the power of sets. Whenever possible display your pieces in sets because alot of times people will see how they look and buy more than one piece. Paparazzi does this with their fashion fix sets and it works. The pieces don't have to be a perfect match they just need to look good together. So play around and have fun putting sets together. Snap a photo and post it on your wall.
Always remember....
Whenever you are doing a live remember you are not only representing your company, but you are also representing Paparazzi. Have you hair done, clean nails, wear a bra, and be overall presentable. One of our uplines once said, "if you want a million dollar business, you have to look and act like a million dollar executive". And she is right. It is ok to have fun, goof up and make mistakes but don't be letting it all hang out or being inappropriate on your lives. REPRESENT!!!
