Dina brought ideas and examples, based on her many years of experience, that I had never considered. Previously I was using an example that I had found online, but the new document covers many more legal matters and ensures the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Had I relied on the publicly available examples, I would have been open to all sorts of legal headaches which those documents did not address.

She set expectations as to the delivery date of this document and exceeded them. She is highly responsive and answered all of my questions, while also including citations for the appropriate state laws.
