Just an update on my leave that was supposed to be earlier this month. I will now be out of the salon August 22nd through the end of October on Family Medical Leave. However, I will be back at work August 6th through August 21st Tuesday through Friday! Have you had our Foot and/or Hand Renewal spa services? Both services focus on exfoliation followed by an EcoFin treatment. 🌿EcoFin is a parrafin alternative made with 100% plant based emollients and essential oils. Illness and Christmas busyness has made a few people need to reschedule their appointments. So if you have been wanting to come in for a massage and/or seasonal facial, I have openings tomorrow and next week before it gets difficult to get in again.

I highly recommend the Moment of Wellness package if you are really busy and can’t spend too much time on yourself. This gives you an hour with 30 minutes dedicated to a facial focus and 30 min of massage.

Empty shelves. 🥺 The clearing out the studio has begun this week. I love these shelves and wish it fit somewhere at home. This shelf can be taken apart. It measures 86inches, 5 tiers, 23 shelves in total. Wood and metal. I purchased this about a year ago or so. Still in brand new condition. I paid $300, asking $200 for it. $250 if I need to take it apart for you, lol! It needs to be out of here by this weekend. Just message me if interested. 336-701-5628.

🌻There are times that we must step back and realize that changes are inevitable and we can either fight it or accept it and see what it has to offer. This year has been an especially trying and exhausting one for me in every sense. In order to take care of myself and recoup, I have had to step back and see what I need to do to simplify and focus on healing. Change has been in the air and I have decided to see what it has to offer me.

🍃After many, many prayers and much consideration, I have decided to close my little studio on October 26th. I have immense gratitude for these past 7 years I have had there with the girls at Magnolia Square and to be of service to all of you who have been my clients and friends.

🪴While I will closing the studio, this doesn’t mean I will no longer be doing what I love. I am proud to say that I will be working with the lovely Aeracura Salon and Spa - West team in Clemmons! I am so excited to be working with Christi Bradham again after all these years as we have known each other since the beginning of our own careers.

💜Aeracura Aveda Salon and Spa Clemmons location is really easy to get to. If you would like to follow me to Aeracura and keep your appointments and standing appointments, I would be honored to continue to serve you. I will be reaching out to everyone that has appointments and standing appointments and we can discuss our options.

Hello September! Everyone knows it is my favorite time of year! And it is a beautiful morning this morning too! The gateway to Autumn! I am excited because, for me, September is a new year. This year has been quite rocky for me, so I am excited for a new beginning.

I am working on some things for the studio too! A sort of regrouping. So be on the lookout for some updates throughout the next few weeks.

To begin, this month’s focus is facials! There will be new postings every Friday about the facials I offer here at Blue Lotus Healing Touch. Most of you know that of all my offerings, facials are my absolute favorite. This week into next I was supposed to go on camping for a nice regroup with family, but it just didn't work out. 😢
