Hello friends,
I would love to reintroduce myself to you all!
My name is Lindsey and I’ve been a massage therapist for 7 years now and I am still thrilled to be doing what I do as a career. Massage therapy fell into my lap and become something so much more than just a job.. It has greatly shaped who I am today. I am a full time mama/fiancé and while being oh so busy with my kiddos I knew I wanted to continue healing others as it also heals me. That being said, I made the decision to create Rooted Hands Wellness! It has been a year since I’ve had my own practice and wow, I’ve already met and healed so many incredible clients. Many have turned into friends and family and I am forever grateful for the connections I have and continue to make. For me, massage comes very naturally and my hands lead the way to address the problem areas needing work. I am able to use deep pressure while still making the massage feel relaxing and therapeutic. I am able to have a gentle touch for those just needing pure relaxation without the deep work. My massage style is very versatile making it easy for me to adjust my techniques for each and every client and for that, I am thankful! I have set prices and currently do not charge for add ons. If I feel a client could benefit from cupping, muscle cream, and/or aromatherapy I apply it to our sessions if wanted because I want them to get the best out of their experience while on my table. At the end of our sessions, my clients leave feeling brand new and relieved of unwanted stress and tension that was being held in the body. The fact that I am able to do this for others leaves me completely in awe and is the reason I do what I do. ✨
With a new year ahead, many of us will be looking for new ways to create better habits that allow us to be the best versions of ourselves. This allows us to grow and Continue to support ourselves so we can live feeling well and aligned making life that much better!
