Owners’ Bedroom 🛌

One of the prime views of the home is nestled in a seemingly tree house view overlooking the Black River. 🏞

Carrying w the rustic schematic, our team used recycled barn wood from Ohio to fit the back headboard wall and hallway leading to the room for a backdrop that harkened simpler times.

Barn doors assisted in making the hallway more unique and making a more congested space feel breezy. 💨

Navy accents in the nightstands, rug and lamps created moodier counterpoints to an overall neutral palette that allowed the beautiful all season views to be the showstopper.

Blue State of Mind 💙

Corridors that connect spaces have the opportunity to be jewel boxes 💎and make a major statement when given a little extra attention.

This entrance to an owners suite was drenched in the most saturated cobalt with a highly reflective paint with the help of our resident artisan who helped make this a WOW 🤩

The modern leafy mural lends a wonderful lushness and is a lead into the owners’ private “mattina” retreat where they can enjoy coffee and resort-like views from their own bedroom.

Owners’ Suite GUT and REDO!!

This stale bath and bedroom had the decor of a 1990’s motel...and to “boot” 🤠 zero storage to accomodate this family’s needs.

Fast forward and this Aspen property got dialed in.

Texture, warmth and clean lines elongated the bath.

A full cabinet behind the sink vanity added another layer of storage that wasn’t even in the original equation.

Elevating shower height allowed for a “non-crouching” entry 🚿for our 6’4” client.

Making some moodier transitions in the bedroom took the sterility out leaving it richly textured.

Barn doors were a huge amenity that eliminated the tight spatial arrangement between the closet and bed.

When a little dose of 🌪gray ain’t a bad thing

Taking this house out of its 90’s saturation was pretty easy since the good bones from were already in place

Revamping the ceiling with some wonderful coffers, beautiful silk drenched paper from and some bright and fresh new cabinets made all the difference in this rehab 🚑 to take it to fab!

Let’s not miss those juicy citrus accents too! 🍋

Spring is in the air 🍃

Our designs will always include thoughtfulness in the homes’ exteriors-but that doesn’t always mean glammy. Oftentimes the simple beauty of the landscape is all that is needed for an outside lifestyle experience.

This home designed w and emulates a bygone time of dipping your toes in the water and just being connected with nature.

It does certainly follow the format currently in place with health concerns to still allow for gatherings that are timeless yet very current.

Redesign Rehab

This sunroom in a historic Shaker Heights home benefitted from moving a misplaced kitchen that was not an active part of the home.

Repositioning the kitchen to the sunroom which was in a prime part of the house and looked out to the back yard was a key 🔑 to making a modern feel to the classic Tudor architecture.

Although aggressive it was a much needed update for the young family that now is part of the new and fresh feel of this home!

The sunroom, which had been added on in the late 1950’s was a dank and cold space. The modern amenities and using the space wisely made for a successful transformation ✨

This particular example had a very specific request and that was to ensure the island was the “main show” 🎩for casual family meals and entertainment gatherings.

The range elevation, which is always the crown jewel, was a perfect backdrop to the island centerpiece.

Molten copper created a strong and bold balancing act while the field of rift and quarter sawn oak floor carries the tonality and balances the overall color story.

Understanding how you will use the space is the most important step in making it work. 🔃

Keep it close to the kitchen 👩🏼‍🍳proximity so ease of setting the table and clearing it is an easy process. 🍽

Decadent 💎
