Hey yall! It is time, I've been holding this offering close to my heart for a while.... I'm really excited, like child like excitement about being ready to share this ☺️ 😍
Virtual Music Medicine Offerings Now Available!!!!!🦉🪶🕷🐎🐢🐍💞
There are several options available. If there is something specific your called to please just ask, i love to creatively discuss new ideas.   I am herw as a vessel for the music medicine,  if there is something specific your called to ask for or inquire about, please ask.  This is for you so it's important that your getting what feels best for you in the moment.
Here are some ideas: 
- movement with the Djembe.. the djembe loves channeling medicine to help you wanna move your body.  No experience necessary.  The space is created to help you drop into your body and intuitively flow with the music medicine. Maybe you're hula hooping,  using a shaker, just dancing, slowing moving your body,  on a Yoga mat, on the couch, in a chair, walking in nature, in ur backyard, at the beach..truly the possibilities are endless...
- stillness - the music medicine available is; djembe (large and junior) *most of the time these are present for support*, 16" Buffalo bass drum, Wind chimes, rattles, shakers, native American Grandfather Flute, intuitive vocals and chanting. There will be verbal intuitive guidance throughout the experience. As always, if there are specific music medicines that your drawn too, let me know...
- all services are great for families.   I have over 20 years experience working w children of all ages. Reach out and let's chat about what you may be looking for.

*a good set of ear phones/buds will help you hear the music medicine more fully instead of using the speaker phone on the cell phone.

hey y'all! I'm pumped to be out in Parma Heights, next Saturday!! starting my day with movement gets me going and even more excited for the day ahead! will make u wanna move ur body. I'll offer some gentle guidance to help u drop into your body. you will deepen your connection to your body by trusting the movement your body is asking for. it's not about following anybody else, it's about trusting the flow of the energy of where ur body natural wants to move. your body will never ask you to move in a way that will hurt you or not feel good. I have learned to trust my body in a way I have never have with the help of the . y'all it's too good not to share.

As I continue to move more into "my love" (my inner being, my inner knowing, the authentic self).. I'm finding a deeper connection with nature, mother earth and father sky.. here is just one recent experience with the turtle 🐢

I walked upon her and she was laying her eggs. She allowed for a quick few pics. Before these pics, I had the honor of holding space for her and someone walking 4 dogs entered the trails. I knew if I stayed where I was (which was enough distance for her to feel comfortable continuing to lay her eggs) the dog owner of would most likely choose another path and they did. I spent over an hour with her. It was such an blessed experience. I only ever seen this in documentaries.

If that is not comfiest kitty. My heart is full...
