Information & Policy post
Turn Around Time:
* Everything I paint is hand-crafted, hand-painted, and made to order. Turn around time is 2-3 weeks. I order my wood cut outs from a third party vendor and it takes on average 10-12 days to get a product in from them. So, that gives me a few days to get your piece in, prepped, primed, and painted. Please plan ahead while ordering!

Shipping/Pick-Up Policy:
* I will offer shipping. However, shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the piece and the quantity you ordered.
* Pick-Up Locations:
* Chatsworth/Dalton, GA Location: by request only
* Cleveland, TN Location: Target Parking Lot or Porch Pick Up.
* If you order from a different city we will set up a time and place.

Wood Information:
* Each cut-out is made from 1/4” birch plywood. The sizes of each piece range from 18 inches to 22 inches.
* I order these cut-outs from a third party vendor. So, each piece takes anywhere from 10-12 days to ship to me from the time I order.
* A cut-out may come with knots or small holes in the wood. That is natural and cannot be taken out. These knots just make your piece unique and add character!

Product/Painting Information:
* I welcome any suggestions on cut-outs you may want. Just message me and I’ll do my best to get it in!
* If you desire a custom piece, message me and we can start making your door hanger!
* Each door hanger comes with jute cord and a bow unless stated or requested otherwise.
* Each item is hand painted, unique, and has its own flare. It will not look exactly like the example picture shown, but I will try my best to get as close as possible.

Payment Options:
* Invoice must be paid within 48 hours. Your invoice must also be paid before the production of any product begins.
* I accept many different forms of payment including, but not limited to:
* PayPal
* Venmo
* Facebook Pay
* I also will accept cash for pick-up orders only. Money must be handed to me prior to receiving your product.

Placing Orders:
* You can message me directly to place an order.

Hey guys and welcome to Painted Pumpkin Designs! My name is Ashlea Earls and I’m the owner/painter/creator.

I started this business back in 2020, but due to multiple instances, I chose to take a step back in 2022. However, now I’m back and ready to start creating again!💗💗

Where did the name come from?
- Pumpkin is my nickname that my husband gave me when we first started dating and it stuck. He nicknamed me this because I love anything to do with pumpkins, Fall, and Halloween. Painting is my favorite hobby of all time. I’ve loved painting since I can remember. So, I combined the two things I love most and came up with Painted Pumpkin Designs.
