We've been so busy keeping up with the back to school rush that I let our 7 year anniversary fly by! Super proud of my team and how Computer Repair Doctor has grown over the last 7 years. The skills and knowledge we've learned along the way have helped us bring repair to a new level at CRD that I never thought we could. I can't express how great it feels to have a lobby full of customers and one turn to the other and say "these guys are the best in town, you're in the right place!". Well folks, the time has come to bid farewell, and Goodluck to our most loved Zoè. Next week Zoè embarks on her journey abroad, where she'll be closer to loved ones. ✈ 🌎

Over 5 years we've spent working together at CRD, and I couldn't of wished for a better person to help run this shop. I know she'll go on to do great things and continue to push the envelope on tech repair with her unwavering desire for helping others.

She's made a lot of wonderful connections here over the years and invites anyone to stop in and say farewell this Friday or Saturday, if they'd like, as these will be her last days at CRD.

Our Story

Computer Repair Doctor Inc. (CRD) is an iDevice/electronics repair and computer services company with locations in Cleveland, Tallahassee, Orlando, Raleigh, Charleston, Monroe, and Davie. CRD’s core services are laptop repair and iPhone repair, but CRD also specializes in data recovery and repairs of all types of iDevices, Mac, PC and other electronics.

Our location in University Heights, Ohio is owned and operated by local Clevelander, Alex Garvin. An Orange High School graduate and Florida Statue University Alum of Computer Science, Alex spent time working with CRD as Regional Manager in Tallahassee, Florida before deciding to make the move back to his roots in Cleveland and small business ownership goals.

Like our many other locations, CRD is a trusted name in the aftermarket repair industry. Our stores pride ourselves in our excellent attention to detail, our free diagnosis and estimates, and a hassle free “no-fix=no-pay” policy. There are no appointments at this “Doctors” office.
