Meet PAWS Ohio’s newest baby! Poor little boy wandered into a family’s garage as they were unloading their groceries and begged them for help. He’s now in a caring PAWS foster home and will be up for adoption in mid-late October after he’s healthy and neutered. No name yet- but stay tuned! 😻

My name is Simon. My brother Garfunkel was adopted but I’m still waiting for my forever home.
I am inquisitive and very playful. I’ll come running as soon as I hear the bell on my feather wand toy. You should see how high I can jump trying to catch it! You’ll always know where I am too, because I chirp and trill throughout the house.

Meet Franklin, a 1 year old Lab, Australian Shepherd mix. He is currently with his family, but due to resource guarding he needs to be rehomed. More information to follow soon, but Franklin needs to go to a home with no young children. He would be perfect for a person who wants a buddy to hike with and exercise with. Labs, and Australian Shepherds are smart, active, and will be a loyal family member for someone who realizes that he wants an needs a job! Franklin is a very playful and loving big baby. He is a 1 year old yellow lab Australian shepherd mix. He is up to date with all his shots and scheduled to be fixed this October. I do not mind keeping and paying for this appointment as long as he is homed to a good loving family. Frank loves to take walks and is the best cuddler I've ever had. He needs someone that can love him as much as he will love. This boy is a perfect companion for matured people.

Look who showed up on a PAWS volunteer's doorstep? This beautiful, affectionate young lady knew exactly where to go for help when she found herself hungry and homeless. Now safe in her foster home and dubbed "Callie", she's waiting for her forever home. She'll be posted very soon and available after July 12. Adopt Don't Shop!

Hi. I’m Boots. I was rescued from the second floor porch of an abandoned home by my foster mom after she was told about a cat crying on the porch for 3 days. With the assistance of the Cleveland Police and the City of Cleveland Division of Animal Care and Control, I was rescued and placed in a PAWS foster home. My foster mom says I’m one of the sweetest kitties she’s ever fostered.

Welcome to PAWS Ohio, Boots! This handsome boy is PAWS's newest intake. Our cat-loving volunteer Shaunita orchestrated his rescue (with the help of the police and animal control) from the 2nd story porch of an abandoned house where he was stuck for several days crying for help. He's now happy and safe with a full belly in a PAWS foster home. Once he's vetted and neutered he'll be posted for adoption. Stay tuned!

Penny is very gentle and lovingly sweet Boxer mix. She is amazing with children of all ages. She is not "timid." She loves attention and absolutely loves everyone except the mailman and FedEx driver! Penny is between 2 - 3 years old and weighs about 60 lbs. She is spayed, housebroken and current with her vaccinations.

Penny came to PAWS after her "Dad" sadly became ill and could no longer care for her.
