Earlier this month, I mentioned teaching some family and friends how to make a crepe paper peony during our annual girls weekend. I didn't realize how much I missed it until then! Had to take a little break from making paper cosmos (thanks for all your orders! 💕) to make a flower for my little girl, Penny, out of craft foam. She’s loooves it and my heart couldn’t be happier! 🥰 Can’t wait to make her a whole bouquet that can survive all the stepping on, squishing, hugging, and kisses. 😅

I'm down in Hocking Hills for a girls weekend and we made peonies. These are the finished products! 🤩 I can't believe my last class was 3 years ago. Should I start doing them again? What flowers would you want to make?

This arrangement was sent to cheer on a friend who was just inducted into an athletic Hall of Fame. What a fun way to celebrate such a huge achievement!

Congratulations to Jackee and JT on their wedding celebration yesterday! Jackee has been a friend of Love, Anji since the early days. Back in 2014, her mom asked me to create flowers from one of her daughter’s wedding invitations (last photo). This summer, she reached out again with Jackee’s wedding invitations, and I was more than happy to create something special for her big day!

I wanted to share a little history on our flower magnets before I tell you some really fun news. 🎉 Jason and I celebrated our two year anniversary a few weeks ago and back then we wanted to create something together for our guests. We came up with a mini rose in a wood vase magnet. Everyone loved them and we decided to sell them in the store. We were so pleased with how much you loved them for yourself and as gifts. Then last year I added mini gerbera daisies as another flower option.

Here's the really fun news...At the beginning of this year, we got into several gift shops across the country and they started carrying our flowers and wood products. The rose and gerbera daisy magnets have been a huge hit and we are thrilled that so many across the country are enjoying these happy magnets. ❤️

Elementary school Anji would be ecstatic to know I was this close to figure skaters, the sparkles, and ice. A lot different from when I practiced my own “routine” in the living room. 😄 Now I’m helping them celebrate with paper flowers!
