Good Morning! Hope everyones Mothers Day was awesome! The weather sure was great! Some lite business news here at Beachland Hair Design. After , over 50 years in business , Vince Gelgotos, from Vinces barber shop on 185th, has sold his building and is joining Beachland Hair Designs. Vince created the barber wars on 185th Street, back in the 80's by reducing the price of his haircuts to under 1.00. His moto "We need your head to stay in business", was the method to which he accumulated a very healthy clientele. We wish the new owners, and Vince, all the best as we navigate thru all the changes. Vince bring with him his coworker Linda.

In everyones life a storm will come. I will be out of the shop for the rest of the month, going down to Florida to say goodby to my mom ,and help out my dad a bit. Its hard to lose someone so very close to my heart. Il be back after July 4th.
In other news I will be having surgery on my arm, Aug 4th and will be out for 3 to 6 months. Oye. Life kind of sucks.
But, I will come out stronger after all this. . God bless all

After Danny and I have had our vaccines (he has had 1, me 0)and 2 weeks after that, then and ,maybe then, ill lift the mask mandate here. Im scheduled in mid march for my first one. So looking after April maybe May

Happy Shop Small Saturday!! Hope everyone is getting out to small local boutiques, and shops to patronize and keep our economy going!! We had to cancell all our planed Shop Small activities because of Covid, but I still have the 50/50 raffle going on, 1/2 of All the money raised going to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank! You can still participate I'm not pulling the winner now til the day b4 Christmas, We originally planned for today but it just seemed not the right time!! We are sad to announce that the Annual Thanksgiving Day Weekend open house benefitting the Greater Cleveland Food Bank has been cancelled. We are still selling tickets for the 50/50 raffle.all proceeds going directly to the Food Bank. The safety of our family friends and colleagues far outweigh the need for an open house.
