This week's Human of Grasselli is Elissa Filozof! A senior psychology major from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Elissa has worked in the lib for over 3 years. Her favorite part of being a Help Desk employee? Helping her peers! "Working at the Grasselli Help Desk has been one of the most positive experiences I've had at John Carroll. As a student worker you get to help students and other patrons out in small but meaningful ways--and we have the additional benefit of wonderful, supportive supervisors. Grasselli is definitely a hot spot on campus and I will miss it when I graduate!"
