Civil Air Patrol performs 90% of the Search and Rescue activities for downed aircraft in the U.S. We meet the second Tuesday, of every month, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Burke Lakefront Airport in one of the executive meeting rooms in the middle of the concourse. Our squadron is launching our drone program. We have seven drones so far, including a Phantom. CAP has a fleet of over 2,100 drones which are used for search and rescue missions.
