From workouts, from life, from work! Think of working out as stress on your body, which it literally is. Yes, it’s good for us but it’s also taxing. Now, think of being stressed at work—- how great do weekends feel? Amazing right? Because you get days off from work! If you were to work every day, you would feel burnt out and exhausted. The same thing goes for working out- we need breaks! It’s how we grow, how we get stronger! If you struggle to take rest days, you are definitely not alone and this is one of the biggest things I help clients work on! And it makes a HUGE difference in their life when they start to add them.
