Tula Tula Jewelry
I love color and I love creating. I make jewelry as well as crafts.
My cloche is complete. With beads and ornaments a bigger tree than I had before and our old "atomic star" ornament that belonged to great Grandma Cox, my mother-in-laws mother. I whitewashed the base I like that a lot.
Found containers for dioramas next year some old cookie cutters some old light bulbs and pretty soon I'll be getting some older baby blocks. Everything all washed and cleaned even the light bulbs were wiped down with alcohol. I had to keep the little elf He was just too cute.
Polymer clay. Put together a clay "cane" to make miniature candy canes. Ended up with a bunch!
My cookie cutter ornaments
6 Six done time to move on. Christmas toadams came out well. Use some unconventional paper On 2 of them. but I like them.
A little light glitter on the tags and some added buttons

Creating crinkle ribbon With an antique look and creating joy tags
Spool totems
I made some spool totems last year for the craft show. Difficult to round up materials this year and maintain frugality. Will do some with Christmas paper but wanted to try some other paper I had in stock as well. Two in the finish box.

Simple torpedo bead with wire wrap, tiny 3 mm antique silver daisy heshi spacer bead on the bottom with antique silver lever backs.๐ค
For me....tee hee... I needed something petite and that could go with almost anything. A t-shirt, a dress. Absolutely one of my favorite blue druk beads... and the very very last of these beads. Love the tiny little brass bead caps by Vintaj. First it was two necklaces and then I just took it all apart and made it one- tiered necklace that is only 16 in but works well for me.
Finished and good night!
This one is quite colorful. One more to go and then I have a sort of pink sherbert dish that I would love to do something in but I need a bigger deer... or something. These will be packed for St John's Church craft show. The show is November 11th from 9:00 to 3:00. (14 weeks๐ but 10 days for ITALY๐จโ๐ณ๐๐ฆช๐ฆ๐พ๐ฅ๐ฉ๐งณ๐๐จ)
Tea cup with gold stars. 2 more to work on.
My materials area is well organized this is one time I let myself be a sloppy boppy... I just have to have everything out and not stop to put things away that'll come when all the little dioramas are done. I'm ready to take on this darling little star cup.
In the Bavarian teacup.
Dioramma number three. China cup from England. Roses... no poinsettia tea cups I could find that were t affordable$$$๐). But I think it's quaint... think I will mosey over to my upstairs work area and make a little gold colored hook for the ornament.
It is so hard to not buy craft supplies. ๐ฅฐYou might need them sometime. Happy I did pick up this sparkly pink stick on letters once upon a time. This one is finished now! Made a tiny little hook for the Christmas ornament.๐
Fairly pleased so far. For this diorama.I like the way the paper star turned out. I held the cup upside down and two things fell off. So I reglued using epoxy. I will have to remove one of the silver balls because the epoxy is causing the bottom of it to melt! I found this cute little styrofoam glitter balls but forgot that styrofoam can have a chemical reaction with certain things like-epoxy...
After close to 5 hours I am at least 80% finished with the dioramas. Two coats of snow drying on them. Stars glued in place. Snow on the trees and in the corners and top of the Stars.
The reindeer are painted and matte coated and spotted with one of these great little tools. I think sometimes people use them for nails to decorate their nails with them but there's good with clay and making spots they really are wonderful and pretty too they're Glass and Metal. I had to multitask today and I had to make a call and ask a woman questions and she was looking things up for me and I told her what I was doing and she laughed. I said I'm just trying to get the eyeball straight on the little deers I'm painting. Not as easy as it sounds. At one point I had to have two eyes on one side and pick the better one. Very easy to get them c**k eyed. But they're done and I am itching to work with some snow! The stars are drawing I think I'm going to cut little strips of paper to wrap around the bottoms of the tree I didn't do it in the prototype but that's okay it was a prototype. The deer looks so much better they don't look like cheap little plastic deers.
Worked hard this week so I could find time to work on the Christmas crafts. I am pleased so far with the paper wrapped stars. I love glamor dust so they're probably going to stop making it. Isn't it true when you love something I don't care if it's paint or makeup or shampoo or a certain type of shoe. Maybe we're not supposed to fall in love with things. But I love glamor dust! It makes everything look sugary and sparkly. You can also still see the image through it which is what I need.
