For their enduring devotion to promoting freedom, we thank all who have served; we are forever grateful for the sacrifices veterans have made for the freedoms we all enjoy. It is indeed an honor and a privilege to have former, and current, service members as part of the Millennia organization as they reflect the very best of our country and embody our core values.

Our Story
The Statler is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The building was originally a luxury hotel and holds all the historic grandeur. In 2001, it was beautifully renovated into a 295 unit luxury apartment building. Boasting beautiful finishes and fantastic amenities, it is the premier address downtown.
The building is currently undergoing a full renovation with luxury, high end finishes including dark espresso cabinets, quartz counter tops, subway tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, tiled showers and much more. We are excited to be leasing these newly renovated apartments.
