Hi! Please enjoy this little re-introduction of myself while I try and catch up from last week. (Did you know that Cleveland was hit with 5 tornadoes last week?!? It sucked)

My name is Brooksie 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve been vegan since 2004. I started Totally Sweet around 2008 (possibly earlier, I can’t remember 🤯) while living in Salem, MA. After 10 years in the Boston area, my full time job brought me to the Midwest. I ended up in Cleveland in 2017 and was finally able to quit my job a year later. I’ve been baking full time for 6 years now and I love the vegan community here in Cleveland! After being a home baker for many years, I moved into a commercial kitchen space in the Waterloo Arts District about 2 years ago. My days are spent filling wholesale orders (see locations below) and online orders. My signature treat is the pop tart pastry, but I love making lots of other treats as well! I’ve been really slacking with posts lately. VegFest wiped me out this weekend! We only got one pic at the end of the day. I’d like to take a moment to call out my super mom, master organizer, the queen of packaging and labeling 💕 I seriously could not do these big events without her (and lots of other things, let’s be honest).

I also want to thank all of you totally sweet customers and for putting on such a great event. Y’all are appreciated so much! I work myself to death every week and you guys make it all worth it. Thanks a million 🖤
