WE WAIT ALL YEAR FOR THIS!!! 🚌📚✏️📓

That’s right kiddos, it’s our Back 2 School menu and it is chock full of nostalgic classics and some new flavors we’ve never done before.

It all kicks off Friday morning at 6:30a when we open the doors and we stay open ALL DAY Friday till 11p.

Snag a box for the kids to brighten those back to school blues, nab ‘em for your favorite teacher(s) or treat yourself, because we have it on good authority, you deserve it! 😉

Jamaica true story part 2:

John and I have been to Jamaica three times and each visit the one thing we’ve made sure we book is the One Love Bus Tour. It’s a bar crawl in a brightly colored bus pumping happy tunes ranging from Jimmy Cliff to Bob Marley to Phil Collins (really!).

The driver and One Love originator, Lembert - not pictured - does an incredible job of taking you to the Jamaica you won’t see staying on some big box Americanized resort.

Over the years he has taken us deep into the lush Jamaican mountainside to hidden gems where people have welcomed us into their homes and backyard bars for homemade rum punch and hospitality unlike anything I can really do justice with my words.

Back in 2020 (pre-covid), Lembert took us high in the hills to one such backyard. It was a beautiful art studio complete with a small bar. Outside a young boy was playing and passing the time. John and the boy started goofing around (or skylarking if you want to use the Jamaican turn of phrase). They came up with a special handshake.

That visit was particularly special because we learned it was Lembert’s house and Lembert’s son, Trafari.

Yesterday we got on the One Love bus and as I took my seat John nudged me and said… “do you think that’s Lembert’s son?” I looked over and sure enough, it was unmistakably Trafari but now a young man and not a little boy. After a little warming up and getting reacquainted, John and Trafari were right back at it skylarking but this time with a bit more adventurous bond than a handshake as they decided to jump off the cliffs into the Caribbean.

Here’s a true story: when John and I got married in 2015 we took our honeymoon in Jamaica. It was the first proper vacation I (Mrs. Brewnuts, here) had ever taken, at 34 years young.

Jamaica blew my mind. The food, the scenery, the music, the people…. What a joy it was.

We bought a painting on that trip to commemorate it - not knowing who the artist was (other than his signature on the piece) but loving his work - and hung it in our home as a reminder of an incredible trip.

Fast forward to present day: Mr. Brewnuts and I had travel credits we needed to use or lose so we thought, no brainer, Jamaica.

Today, here in Negril, an artist passed by John on the street. They started chatting and John caught a glimpse of his work. He called me over and instantly I said “Karl Ricketts?!” His whole face lit up.

We hugged. I recognized his work immediately and we bought an original second piece for our home. What a joy it is when the world is this wonderfully small. ❤️🇯🇲

After a bit of a summer break F1 is back baby! And we are ready with a brand new t-shirt design on the shelves and of course, we’ll have the Dutch Grand Prix on with sound at 9a!

⚠️A bit of an emotional post ahead:

Consider this post a heartfelt thank you to Cleveland’s small business community. ❤️ We’re always blown away by watching others chase their dreams, slay them, remain at the top of their game, go out on top, reinvent, bring something new, energize a community, and so much more.

Tonight we visited the brand new for cocktails before taking in a final dinner service at and we were equally inspired by both. What a privilege it is to see people bring their vision to reality and get to enjoy it. Small business ownership is not for the faint of heart. It is so incredibly difficult to bring your best day in and day out and keep that energy flowing. But, it is also life giving. It turns a neighborhood into a community and strangers into friends.

We encourage you to get out this weekend and support your small local business community - we know firsthand how much we all can use that support. ❤️

Mrs. Brewnuts here! I’ll be in the kitchen tomorrow decorating your donuts giving our incredible the day off and I’d love to invite you out to enjoy this beautiful menu!

It might not be the flashiest of all our menus, but it is a true flavor bomb that offers all the best that late Summer’s bounty provides.

It seems each person that tries this one says “this might be my favorite menu you’ve ever done!” - and we agree! Consider this your VIP invitation to come on out and give this menu a whirl, we’d love to share it with you and as one of our team members said, “this one is pretty labor intensive but man is it worth it.”

And we’d be lying if we didn’t say we could use a post power outage shot in the arm. 😉 August isn’t our busy season so we’d be extra grateful if you have a hankering for some dones, to get you hooked up!

Our Nature’s Bounty menu is full of local produce, natural flavors and delicious bites we encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and try!

Like the bullseye here in picture one:
- fresh strawberry icing
- strawberry preserves with fire roasted jalapeño
- cream cheese frosting

It’s bright, tangy, roasty, sweet, spicy and creamy - what more could you ask for?!

🌿We look forward to this one every year… our nature’s bounty menu is our annual love letter to summer produce and those sweet final weeks of the season!

In non F1 news, we are ramping the menu back up as our suppliers get us restocked and the kitchen gets prepped to full power!

On Thursday we begin to debut new flavors from our “Nature’s Bounty” menu coming down the pike this weekend and it is an ode to those late summer harvests of amazing produce!

We are FINALLY getting the doors back open after the wild experience that was last week. And while we’ll only have an 8 flavor menu on Wednesday as we await our deliveries and supplies, it will feature the POWER OUTAGE BULLSEYE as demonstrated here. 🤣
