Green Team
🌟 Amazing 2 days of hard work from our WPKND's Green Team! We took full advantage of the trailer of tools from the Cleveland Neighborhood Progress' Clean and Green Cleveland trailer, sponsored by Citizens!
DAY 1: HELP A NEIGHBOR!
Our staff helped one of our elderly neighbors with her yard since she is unable to do the work herself.
DAY 2: CLEAN UP THE CORNERS
Our staff and generous folk, THANK YOU, came and tackled weeds, picked up litter, and planted flowers on Lorain Avenue, Rocky River Drive, and the municipal lot! Working in the sun and then rain! Our group of volunteers ended our shift with a complimentary delicious lunch from Treehouse Provisions.
A BIG thank you to our volunteers, Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, Treehouse Provisions, and Only in Clev.
Our next clean up is Thursday, July 1 at 6:00 pm! Cleaning Up the Corners to make our neighborhood look sharp for the 4th of July Parade on July 5 at 9:30 am.
