Computer stations will be set up at these recreation centers for residents to complete the survey. Instructions and/or City staff will be there to help with the survey between the hours of 12pm to 6pm, Monday August 12 through Friday August 23.

In the wake of yesterday's storm, we know many in West Park are still without power. WPKND is here to help!
๐ Charging Station Available ๐
๐ Location: 17407 Lorain Avenue (Entrance and Parking at the back of the building)
๐
Dates: Thursday, August 8th & Friday, August 9th (More dates TBD)
โฐ Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 8 PM
WE have the power, YOU bring your charger!
๐ Our space is air-conditioned and we will have free water available. To ensure everyone gets a chance to charge their devices, we may limit user time if demand is high. Stay safe West Park!
UPDATE: Some neighbors have stopped in looking for ice. We do not have ice and from what we hear, most places are out. If you're seeking ice, we recommend calling ahead and searching outside West Park.
The damage across greater Cleveland after last night's storm is significant and widespread, consisting of hundreds of broken poles and crossarms, downed power lines and fallen trees and debris blocking road access. Approximately 348,500 customers in northeast Ohio lost power due to the storm, and 305,000 customers remain without service, primarily in the hardest-hit areas of Cuyahoga, Lake and Ashtabula counties.
Our crews will continue to work around the clock and we are shifting crews from our FirstEnergy sister companies that were less impacted by Tuesday's storm. Our primary focus at this stage is to remove any hazards and assess the damage so that our crews can access the site of an outage and begin to safely make the repairs.
While we are still developing estimated restoration times, we expect this will be a multi-day restoration effort for many. We will provide restoration updates for specific locations as they become available on our outage map: http://spr.ly/OHOutageMap. You can also text STAT to 544487 for an update for your specific outage after you've reported it.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while our crews work as quickly and safely as possible to get all customers back up and running. Stay safe!

Important Sewer Work Update โผ๏ธ
Here's an update on Rocky River Drive sewer work ๐ฌ
Beginning July 29, the right lane of northbound Rocky River Drive will be closed at Lorain Avenue. Traffic turning to go east on Lorain will share the center lane with traffic continuing northbound on Rocky River. This will be in place through the end of August.
Now if you're thinking "well if they're starting this, that must mean the work by OLA with the temporary traffic light is ending," you would unfortunately be wrong ๐ซ
Per NEORSD, their contractor has indicated that Rocky River Drive near Lucille Avenue will continue to be reduced to one lane with a temporary light through the end of August.
Thank you for your patience as this important infrastructure work continues.
In one week we're coming together to keep Riverside Park beautiful, and we need your help! ๐ณ๐
