Prior to earning her license in 2014, Sabrina worked as a freelance photographer and videographer. She found herself working with many agents in the area, and since her dad and brother are general contractors, she felt that becoming a realtor herself could be a good fit!

After a rocky start, Sabrina found her way in the industry. She found a niche in helping the Hispanic and Latino community on the west side of Cleveland, and focused on achieving their goals through creative solutions. Today, she runs a team of eight agents and one administrative professional. In 2021, the recorded a whopping 259 units, representing $37 million in sales!

If there's one thing 2021 has taught me it's to appreciate the people around you and that it's true when they say "we don't grow when things are easy".

Over the past years helping thousands of families find their homes, I took a step back to give more to my team and expand, all while building my family our dream home (Sammy likes to call it our "red house" 😂). Covid put up a lot of challenges during this process. Not only were we trying our best to keep our families healthy, the delays we experienced affected every aspect of our business, personal life and health.

To sum it up, our business had to constantly adjust during a volatile market. We were without a place to call home for four months, mourned the loss of some amazing people all while juggling our son getting assessed and diagnosed with Autism.

This year has been difficult to say the least...but I'd be lying if i said there wasn't a lot of good that came from this year also. Our team has sold a record breaking 36 million dollars in real estate this year alone. We finally got the keys to our new home and Samuel is finally in a school that has been supporting his progression.

It's been a wild ride 2021, but I'm ready to make 2022 a year to remember for everyone whose supported us along the way.
