We had a wonderful and busy holiday season. We took on so many new projects and met a lot of wonderful new people. We are taking a bit of a break now after the holidays to rest, and for an even more exciting reason - we’re upgrading our laser! In order to keep up with demands and to continue to produce high quality items at reasonable costs, a more powerful and larger laser is vital. Because we had to make room for our new (huge) machine, we are currently without a laser until our new one is delivered. We are sorry for any delays or inconvenience this is causing. Our Etsy shop is closed but we have several custom orders pending and we will do our best to get them done ASAP when we are back up and running. As always, please message us with any requests or needs you may have! We can still work in designs and ideas in the meantime.

Tabletop sign sitters and interchangeable inserts are hitting the shop this week!! This is my new favorite item because of how versatile it is. The sign sitter can be purchased alone, or as a starter bundle with either 1 or 3 inserts to start your collection off. Then, individual inserts can be purchased for every holiday, event, and season. They are also great for event decor - think wedding signs, table numbers etc.

We will continuously be adding more insert options but, as always, if there’s an idea in your head that we haven’t listed, message us and we will make it happen!

Bridgette here and I’m SO in love with this custom ornament I just finished! (Yes, we are still working but we did finally decorate for Christmas, phew)!So glad my friend asked me to take this special ornament on - since they’ve been married, she and her husband buy a different ornament every year to add to their tree. This took me a while to get just right and I think it was worth the time. She didn’t request I use an actual photo of her dog but I thought that would make it more special, so Poul and I worked on getting the engrave on him looking realistic and natural. She also wanted him to look festive and to be surrounded by Christmas decorations, so I brainstormed ways to bring that to life. These kind of multi-layered and textured designs take some time and trial and error which is why custom orders take a bit longer, but we think that Milo looks just ✨ perfect ✨ Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅 🎁

Naturally we had to make our own custom logo sign, right? This beaut is about 2 feet in diameter and is our first custom logo sign. .a.curiouslife is a nightmare of a customer but we made it happen 🤣

Our next installment of pop culture ornaments is here!

This is another trial and error project for us. We worked on it together from start to finish and finally got it just right. It’s our second “pop culture” ornament for 2022, and like the “It’s Corn-ament,” it’s inspired by our kids’ obsession with the song. This one is our daughter’s favorite, and whenever we put it on she can’t help but do a little bop in her adorable 1 year old way.

Jiggle jiggle is another example of 2022 at its best. We all watched the tik toks. We saw countless people, famous and not, doing the jiggle jiggle. Maybe we even tried the dance ourselves. We certainly had the song stuck in our head. Now, please enjoy our take on this piece of history and let’s “jingle jingle” our way into 2023! Get your “My Money Don’t Jingle Jingle” ornament here ⬇️

New ornament live in our shop!

This is another project which we are super proud of. Poul and I (Bridgette here) worked on this for weeks with lots of trial and error to get it just right. It’s our first “pop culture” ornament, and we hope to do one or a few different options each year. This year, we’re starting with our original “It’s Corn-ament.” “It’s Corn” is PEAK 2022. We all know it and love it. We can look back fondly on this year and remember Tariq and his adorable obsession with corn. Here’s our inspiration behind making it into an ornament:

When you have a toddler who becomes obsessed with a song and you listen to it something in the ballpark of several thousand times, you start to develop a relationship with the song. You start to embody what the song really means.

For us, that song is “It’s corn.”

We came to know it. We came to love it. We came to BE it.

It helped us learn to find joy and love in the little things in life. In all of the “corns” that life has to offer.

It brought us closer. It taught us lessons. It gave us cravings.

We danced and we sang and we memed and we tik-toked and we ate corn.

And, you know what? I can’t imagine a more beautiful thing 🌽 🤩 🧈 ❤️ 😋

I love everything about this custom order 😍 What a fantastic idea that this customer had! We can create a GPS sign for virtually any location you choose, and this customer (also a dear friend) chose their beloved Alma Mater. This piece of reclaimed wood turned out super cool - I love the texture and the way some of the engravings fade into the grain.
