I knew very early on that i was incapable of working for anyone else and it was due to the fact that most “leaders” i saw had an inability to check their ego at the door and choose the best course of action
They always had to be acting on their ideas. If you can’t take feedback and criticism to adjust and choose the best course of action for a team, you’re not fit to lead
Lately I’ve been so focused on leading this culture and the Wake Up Wealthy Brothers to the promise land and it’s had me thinking about every person i have followed in the past
They have all had ego issues
Look in nature, the alpha of a wolf pack doesn’t flex and fight the others, he continues with his sh*t and ignores any other wolf trying to buck
