One more outdoor class to go cap of our summer outdoor practice! May be wearing long sleeves for this one but beatiful and so peaceful on the back lawn to practice behind the cafe in the mornings.

If you haven’t had a chance to stop by yet, hope you can join us this weekend! Drop-in’s are welcome and class is $15. (pay on site)

Perfect cup of tea

Not too often as adults do we take time to play in the rain 💧☔️

Small but fun class in the rain this morning - with a short Savasana before heading into Vischer Ferry General Store for our morning latte!

Started off dry but started a light rain about half way through and cheers to everyone for just letting go and embracing the idea of practicing in the rain. By the end, everyone agreed it was probably one of the most fun classes we’ve had!

Gratitude and gratefulness aren't just words; they're perspectives. Even on tough days, find simple joys—a blue sky, sunshine, a gentle breeze, a birdsong.

Embrace gratitude for life's beauty wherever you find it.

Be grateful: smile, and say thank you to the universe and yourself for giving you this moment and allowing yourself to enjoy.
