Hi Friends. I’m sorry to report that I’ll be postponing my Vintage & Antique Popup that was scheduled for this weekend (13th & 14th). Instead, I’ll be hosting it in early August. Stay tuned for details!!! Thanks for understanding. -Leslie

Vintage books with colorful bindings???? Hold. My. Beer!!!! Yesterday, I found myself digging through trunks of old books in the attic of a weary Victorian. It was totally worth inhaling god knows what and hitting my head on the sloped ceiling a dozen times.
I few weeks ago I went to an estate sale of a quilter. I missed out on the dozens of beautiful finished quilts but I did snag the most precious quilt squares and vintage fabric scraps. Although I’m not much of a sewer, I have some thoughts about how to repurpose them. I had a vintage embroidery hoop so I did this for now. Any other good ideas for how to use them…… besides making a quilt?
Playing with social media. I could probably use the help of a teenager. 🤷🏼♀️

I know there’s snow outside but there are bunnies in here! And eggs, and chicks, and carrots, and flowers….
You know I love finding vintage and antique treasures for you but I’m also now providing some of my favorite products…. Like Oprah but way more affordable. I have a few of these watercolor workbooks in my booth. I also have several watercolor prints and tea towels by this artist. I love her work.
I bought a workbook at a sweet shop in Burlington earlier this winter and it’s so cool. Even if you have no idea what you’re doing, the instructions are clear and there are pencil lines to follow. It’s like paint-by-number…. But less restrictive. I have paint pallets as well so it’s one stop shopping.
If you’re looking for a unique gift or a treat for yourself, swing by the booth at ARTIQUE CO-OP and explore.

Anybody else stumble upon this design trend? It’s called “Bookshelf Wealth”. I am a sucker for book shelves or book cases (sadly no builtins for me) and I am a reader so I have lots of books. Besides the pile on my nightstand, I do “style” them on my shelves. I also buy vintage and antique books just for styling alone 😱. In fact, I just filled 2 bags with books at an estate sale for decorating the booth. Where do you stand? Are books just for reading, or do you ever acquire books just for “looks”?
Do You Have ‘Bookshelf Wealth’? A TikTok home-décor trend has irked some bibliophiles.
I mean….. if this isn’t my aesthetic…. I don’t know what is… 🥰 https://www.facebook.com/share/5kGijvzcTYEnQRiN/?mibextid=WC7FNe
I love how people create a room that's unique and makes them feel happy.......🌸🌿🌸🌿🌸
This is one of my favorite Saturday morning indulgences…. A cup of coffee and a magazine. Like an actual made of paper, arrives in the mail, filled with 80% ads magazine. And I’m a sucker for all the “Living” magazines. Southern Living. Coastal Living. Country Living. Adirondack Life. You name it. I get so much decorating inspiration from them and get excited when they arrive in the mail (if my husband doesn’t “accidentally” throw them away). Anyone still read magazines? What’s your favorite???
Spring touches are in the booth. There’s plenty more to come but come see what’s new (before it’s gone).
Hello friends!!! I’m knee deep in a glorious February Break! Also, how the hell is it the middle of February?🤷🏼♀️ I had a lovely long weekend with my best girlfriends. And now I’m headed to the booth. I’ve been treasure hunting for weeks and I have so many utterly delightful old (and new) goodies for you! Here’s a peek at a few things headed to the booth tomorrow. Stay tuned for more sneak peeks! In the meantime, I’m curious….. are you a spring decorator with whites and florals? Easter with bunnies and chicks? Fresh and boho with plants and texture? Or….. are you…. “Are you kidding me? I just took down Christmas! My s**t ain’t changin’ till I have to buy pumpkins!” Where you at, girl?
This snuggle bug made it really hard to get out of bed this morning.
I absolutely love a metal bin/basket I have several available in the booth. Look at all the clever ways you can use them! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/2jB38whyjWjgaoLR/?mibextid=WC7FNe
Confession. I love old china. Honestly, the fussier, the better. And I love a mismatched collection. I’ve been wanting to do something like this in my dining room for ages. What do you all think? Do you like mismatched and hodge podge? Or do you prefer matching sets?
Did everyone enjoy their cozy snow day??? As a teacher, I find a weekend snowstorm to be rude and disrespectful. If it doesn’t result in a day off of work, it’s unnecessary. I did lean in to some lounge time (after shoveling and managing an uncooperative snow blower🙄). I spent yesterday working on a much needed booth refresh for the new year. My butt was dragging yesterday afternoon when I rolled up to to pull all the festive Christmas decor but once I cleared it all and started wiping all the glitter (like….. so much glitter😆) and dust off every surface and filling in the holes with some of my favorite treasures, it was so cathartic. It looks so fresh and tidy. Come explore some of my “new” old stuff. AND I’m keeping my Winter Sale going for another 2 weeks! Mind you, my house is still fully decorated for Christmas (complete with sagging tree branches and dead batteries in all the lighted decor). That’s a chore for another day. Happy New Year to you all! I hope 2024 brings more joy, more happy memories, more treasures and more love than you anticipate. Xo Leslie
