I’ve been quiet on my page over here though interacting with some customers via text.. big things have been brewing for our family. Today we are signing to sell our house and Lord willing this week we are packing up our sweet children and moving down south! 😍👩🏻‍🌾🌲

It has been an absolute blessing to bake bread and treats for all of you! I’ve loved meeting you and have been so blessed to share my baked goods 🥹

We’ve been loving bagels this winter 😍 Before I had my sweet babe 🤰 I made a dozen, sliced and froze them. You can take them straight from the freezer, toast and top with cream cheese. 💯 recommend. Or just enjoy them fresh!

Here’s a new one for the cold season and for the chocolate lover..
double dark chocolate boule 🤩

This is similar to my cherry chocolate chip loaf but with added cocoa in the dough itself and without the cherries. The added cocoa is mixed with coconut oil and brown sugar giving the dough a lot more of a soft texture as compared to a crusty loaf. 😍 it’s dark chocolate but with some brown sugar sweetness. Some different ways you could eat it-
✨Plain/as is
✨with butter and an optional drizzle of local honey
✨ with raspberry jam
✨with Nutella
✨with peanut butter

I would recommend spritzing the whole loaf with a bit of water and warming it in the over for 5-10 min before you indulge for the best experience 🤩

Hey friends! I plan to make a batch of cinnamon rolls Saturday afternoon. I am doing a special to sample them out for the holiday season. Jumbo cinnamon rolls for just $1! 😳😄 one per person, first contact first serve. Message me on FB, text me or comment here and I’ll make a list. You can pick up Saturday afternoon or anytime after.

Happy Fall friends.. I’ve been a bit absent but still baking 🥖 my seeded loaf has been popular among customers as well as my almost two year old 😍 ($10). A slightly softer crusty loaf filled with sunflower, chia, sesame and poppy seeds.

Don’t forget about scones in this season too! I have chocolate chip, cranberry orange, or blueberry. They come in 8 normally but I just tried out these smaller circles and you can opt for 12 circle scones for the same price. ($22)
Customizable with sprinkled sugar or a glaze on top or on the side.

I can’t figure out if it’s the cinnamony raisin flavor or the vanilla extra that was added to the dough that make them so good. 😍

Fresh milled grain!! I have two 2lb bags leftover from the Market.
Why is fresh ground wheat better than whole wheat bought that the store? All the the nutrients have JUST been unlocked..with fresh milled there is no opportunity for the nutrients to break down or go rancid. (Which is often the case at the grocery store)

We also buy our wheat from a farm local to Macomb/Oakland county. So if you buy flour from us to support two local businesses.
They grown their wheat organically of course. No Gylphosate here.

Normally I sell my wheat 2lbs/$$6 but I’ll do 2lbs/$5.

The event is next Saturday, May 20th from 4-7pm @ Prince Drewry Park (on Quinn Rd. near the Gratiot Target).

I will have things like individually wrapped cinnamon rolls and scones, mini and regular loaves of bread - including the popular jalapeño cheddar.

There will also be samples as long as they last!
