This client previously put box brown over old existing blonde level 9
**A little more information on neutralization**
When going from light to dark, especially blonde to brow.
it’s important to ‘fill’ your color first.
Filling is when you add the missing pigment back into the hair to achieve your desired color, achieve an even color, and add a little depth.
If you’ve ever seen a color that looks shallow or flat, or muddy, it was most likely not filled beforehand.
In the before photos you can see the “muddy” color from not filling the hair.
