We were recently contacted by a patient in Grand Blanc who expressed her gratitude towards the crew of EMTs Zack Mace and Demi Maldonado. The patient lauded the crew for their remarkable assistance in packing her belongings and ensuring her comfort during care and transport. She also acknowledged the crew's exceptional driving skills. We are proud of Zack and Demi for their exceptional work.

We appreciate all those working through the holidays to serve the patients, communities, and facilities who place their trust in us. If you have to work over the holiday, you should at least have a little fun during your downtime!

A patient involved in a September car crash contacted us recently to commend Paramedic James Males and EMT Justin Willing. She said their caring approach while helping her after being involved in the collision meant so much. Within a few minutes of getting the call in Clinton Township, this crew was on the scene with our first responder partners from the fire department. Our team members were able to access the patient, and even though she had some bumps and bruises, she was thankful for James' and Justin's quick and empathic nature during a very traumatic situation.

Medstar is here at Genesee County 911 with the Genesee County Sheriff's Office, Shea Automotive Group, SERVPRO of Fenton / SERVPRO of NW Genesee County, and Michigan State Police as we gear up for the largest trunk-or-treat event in the county. Together we are picking up six pallets of candy for the event, Security Credit Union generously donated all of the goodies. Make sure to stop by between 3 and 6 pm this Sunday at Shea Chevrolet on Corunna Rd. and Linden Rd. for some Halloween fun!
