My name is Tamekia. I’m a Board Certified Psych NP & I can help you with that! Through comprehensive evaluations, lab monitoring, medication prescriptions, DNA testing, provider collaborations, & more, I’m here to facilitate the process of getting your life back on track. My mission & passion is to Erase Mental Health Stigmas, & I truly commend you for taking the first steps in taking control your mental health!

My name is Tamekia & my passion lies in helping you reach your mental health goals! Over the years, there have been so many stigmas surrounding mental health. The mind & body are often viewed as separate, however, mental & physical health are closely connected. Just as the quality of your physical health can affect your mental health, the same is true as it relates to your mental & physical health connections.

Through education & patient collaboration, I prescribe & manage medications to help better control presenting symptoms. In some cases, I educate patients on alternatives to medicine. I can also help you connect with therapists who can teach & provide you with lifelong skills & tools to help minimize and better control your psychiatric symptoms.
