Our talented crew, Runyon Superior, installed Arbor Ranch's Wyoming Plank engineered wood in the color Javelina this week.

This wirebrushed French White Oak offers lots of character and color variations. The planks are 6-1/2" wide x 1/2" thick with a 1.2mm sliced face. Due to its European transparent super matte urethane top coat, the wood boasts a 50 year finish warranty.

Our sales staff is comprised of people from all walks of life: 2 Millennials attempting to find their place in this world, 2 single parents trying to do right by their kids, 2 overjoyed new grandparents, a woman who has finally almost paid off her mortgage, and a Gen-Z saving up to buy her first home.

We're not a commission-based company. From helping you pick a selection at the start of the process to explaining how to properly care for your new floor, we all work as a team from start to finish.

And at the heart of it all, we have the best trio of owners anyone could ask for. Despite being in their 70s, Frank and Theresa Jones still work full time at Ultra Floors; but they also devote their energy and money into various local fundraisers and events throughout the year. They just became great grandparents and haven't missed a beat. In addition, their son and co-owner, Shawn, and his wife just welcomed their 3rd child.

As owners, Frank and Shawn come in-person to measure your job for free. It is common for either of them to be on the road for up to 8 hours a day 5 days a week, driving all over Southeastern Michigan. There's nothing they won't do for our staff or our customers.

From the owners to the staff members to the installers, we offer experience and expertise you won't find anywhere else. We put that extra personal touch into everything we do.

We wanted to show off another beautiful basement installation done by our talented crews. The vinyl pictured is Mission Point in the color Bayshore Oak. It is a 3.0 mm think glue down product that has a 20 mil layer. The carpet we installed is called Toast of the Town in the color Marble Heights by Engineered Floors. It's a durable polyester fiber carpet with a lifetime warranty for stain and fade resistance and pet stains.
