NEW UMPIRE TRAINING!

Would you like to try your hand at umpiring? Make a little extra money and stay in the game?

Join us for our new umpire training on Saturday April 20 at the Clinton Township Civic Center on Romeo Plank Rd between Clinton River Rd and Canal.

We will meet at 12:30pm on the second floor of the Concession Stand building, between Diamon 1 and 2, just off Romeo Plank (right across from Resurrection Cemetery).

We will have about an hour of classroom instruction and discussion, then go on the field (weather permitting) for about an hour of field mechanics and positioning.

CVLL Summer Registration is Open until July 5th. Games start week of July 18th and run thru Sept 2nd, 2022. All Games Monday - Friday at 6:15p. If you played in CVLL Spring 2022 Your Account was migrated to our new website. See League email with Forgot Password instructions. Opening Day is Finally Here!!!

Opening Day is all about the Players! The Games are all Exhibition to give everyone the chance to work out their preseason jitters. The “Game” will be somewhat short in length and may stop near the end of a batter at the discretion of the Umpire to allow the next game to begin on time. This is to allow everyone a chance to play at Civic Center. Again, remember it is an Exhibition, most Coaches will not be keeping score even though we know all the Players will be counting the runs trying to do the best for their respective Team.

Weather forecast is cool but DRY! In the event you play early, please layer up the Players to keep them warm. In addition, please arrive at the time instructed by your Coach so we can start on time.

Concessions at the newly remodeled “Snack Shack” will be open all day!!!! Come stop by and see the new Menu items and remodel inside.

Jerseys should all be fresh and clean…lol. In the event your Team doesn't have them yet, they should be here before Saturday and your Coach will coordinate delivery. Players who signed up after March 22, will not have their jersey for Opening Day. We appreciate your patience and understanding as jerseys are custom and like anything these days, have taken extra time due to supply chain issues.

We look forward to seeing around the diamonds on Saturday.

Macomb Elite Umpires Association, we serve teams from the Macomb Amateur Baseball Federation as well as Clinton Valley Little League. We do leagues/ages 9U to 18U.

The 2022 baseball season is about to begin. We are in search of new umpires. No experience neccessary. We work games mainly in Macomb County. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a chance to help younger players love the game of baseball.

All, I wanted to let all of you know that one of our umpires, is currently hospitalized and on a ventalator with Covid 19. Unfortunately he is not doing very well. A "Go Fund Me" account has been set up to assist his family with all their expenses as he is the primary bread winner in the family.
