Installed 1x3 firing strips on top of the steele siding, installed 1" foam in between the firing strips plus v***r barriers to complete r-value to code. Installed 2" foam closing the crawl space under home. installed steele skirting on bottom (terratone) and D-4 sable brown vinyl siding with white corner posts. installed new 5" white gutters and down spouts

New construction James Hardie Board and Batten.
We installed white aluminum hidden vent soffit on the eves, and white aluminum solid soffit on the gable ends. Installed LED pot lights every 8' in the soffit. Capped with white aluminum fascia.
We installed James Hardie (Break water blue) wood grain 4'X8', 4'X10' Panels on the exterior of home. We used boral trim (white) on the exterior for: Band board, corners, windows, porch beams, and arches. We installed (Breakwater blue) battens every 16" on the exterior walls. Caulk and clean up.
