The Journey is excited to announce that we will no longer be acepting insurance as of January 15, 2022. We will be providing insurance reimbursement information to all of our patients during or after their visits.
We are making these changes in order to provide more flexible visit options for our patients based on preference of a telehealth or in person office visits. This change also reduces calls regarding account balances and assists with improving access to mental health care for our community. While change is difficult, we are looking forward to a brighter future where the stigma surrounding mental health and mental health treatment is dissolved!
