Middle of our hot summer 😅, Fresno State corn is almost over, tomatoes are coming in by the ton to be preserved, red peppers and chilis are being fermented to be used the rest of the year, and we need to start working on a new menu. Over the next month a lot will change, but we will still be the most affordable Prix Fixe, fine dining experience in California (a five course menu for the price of a Ribeye in some restaurants).
