Stanislaus County Fair Is Back !!! | Food & Exhibits Day 1 2022 2yrs Later The Fair Returns !!!

It’s that time again finally! Welcome to the 2022 Stanislaus County Fair here in Turlock, CA. Come find us just off the main walkway next to Assyrian American food stand. It will be a hot week here at the fair so be sure to get your ice cold Texas Twister drink to walk around with and stay cool. We are a non-alcoholic drink.

It’s CSUF Vintage Days once again. After being closed for two years due to the dreaded Covid virus, we are open again this weekend! Come shop the many vendors, let the little ones play on the bouncy houses and eat some great food and of course, help support the CSUF students. We’re in our usual location in front of the Satellite Student Union. Drop by for a refreshing Texas Twister drink while you enjoy this beautiful Spring weekend.

Big Times are Back! Back to what we call normal, or close to it. Come see us at the Big Fresno Fair! We’ve changed locations on the fairgrounds this year so look for us right as you enter the Chance Ave. gate. We’ve got the same great tasting and refreshing drink you’ve come to love and we have lots of our cowboy boot cups we know y’all like! Come on out to the Fair and we’ll see y’all here!

The Big Fresno Fair The Big Fresno Fair is far more than just the Central Valley’s largest annual event, attracting more than 600,000 patrons each year. It is a year-round rental facility spanning 165 acres held under a 50-year lease with the County of Fresno, and it is host to over 250 annual events.

A message from the Greater Shaver Lake Visitors Bureau President.

The Greater Shaver Lake Visitors Bureau, along with Southern California Edison, and the County of Fresno are still proud to present the 20th annual Fireworks celebration on Saturday July 3rd at dark. With the ignition of the Blue Fire the question has been raised if this show is still happening and should it. As residents of the Greater Shaver Lake area, trust us, we asked ourselves the same question.
Thanks to the tireless and tremendous effort by firefighters and first responders, the Blue Fire is under control and at this time poses no threat to our event or our homes. Our show is put on by licensed professionals over Shaver Lake in a safe and secure manner. All permits and permissions have been granted by the county of Fresno. Thanks to SCE’s excellent forest management practices, the threat of fire directly adjacent to the fireworks ceremony is very, very slim. As always, unprofessional and locally purchased fireworks are not allowed in the mountain areas, which pose the biggest fire threat. We understand the concern of our locals, residents, and visitors; we are with you. We will remain diligently observant of high winds and lighting storms. You can look back on the lack of problems over the last 20 years of doing this show for assurance. This year’s celebration marks a significant point in our history. Not only is this a celebration of America, it is also a celebration of the resiliency of our mountains, residents, businesses, and visitors alike. We have battled through the COVID 19 pandemic, as well as the destructive nature of the Creek Fire and still we stand, proud and tall to welcome any and all who wish to join us in this celebration. Be safe, be smart, be kind to each other, clean up after yourself, and enjoy our celebration of America, and life.
